Unique spot North of the highway, boutique-style house with a beautifully landscaped garden. Maximum privacy, ideal for families with children. Very nice pool and brand-new garden furniture. Full equipped Gym in the full basement, media room. Beautifully decorated. Close to Southampton Recreation Center. Close to the North Sea Beaches (5min), Ocean 15 minutes away and Southampton Village 10 minutes.
