With a wealth of outdoor amenities including a private dock and a 20' x 40' heated saline pool, every aspect of this home has been thoughtfully designed to embody the best of waterfront living.

The house has a boat, beach chairs, adult and child bikes, outdoor games, indoor games, vegetable garden, treehouse, outdoor basketball and pickle ball courts.

Our home is nestled on the bay and sought after location minutes away from golf courses, beaches and all towns - Sag Harbor, South and Bridgehampton.

No pets on furniture or shoes inside the house.
Long-term renters welcome.
Onsite parties or group events are prohibited.
