Staff didn’t show up to check us in for 30 minutes. They were on break. 1st room was not what I paid for. I paid for “ocean view” and you could barely see the water from the room. 2nd room, thermostat didn’t work so the room was over 80 degrees. They sent someone over and I had to explain it was the thermostat while he was pointing elsewhere. He replaced the thermostat with another one at my suggestion (I’m a licensed plumber in RI) and it was fine then. After all this, it was 3 hours before we settled in. TVs are not smart, outdoor deck is rotted and you need to not touch anything on it or you’ll be getting splinters. Bathroom was smaller than a closet. It was not anything like the photos and we drove hours to spend the night here based on how great everything looked.

Location is great but hotel manager gave to us weird accessibility room on the first floor next to office with the most busy guest traffic and strong smell retained probably after chlorine cleaning. It was probably one of the worst rooms in the hotel.

I have stated here before in June and September there isn’t another place on Cape with two story room with two balcony’s twin queen beds, kitchen on the ocean at this price and location! Front desk are the best anything you need they can handle. Local Dollar Store has affordable kitchen supplies. I will be back next summer.

We had a nice view of the ocean. Loved the fire pit in the evening. Nice new carpet in the room, but the bathroom needs updating. Overall a very nice hotel on the beach for the price.
