We felt so welcomed by the owner . Muffins, donuts and coffee were offered for breakfast and we enjoyed it in front of our room on a cute table and chairs set . Restaurants, beaches and shopping were close and convenient for this busy July 4th weekend . Parking was ample and there is outdoor pool for those hot summer days !

Upon arrival Greg, the owner walked us to our room answered a few questions, you don't get that at a big hotel. The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. Grounds were very clean and the pool was clean and enjoyable. Nice touch to have coffee available in the morning along with nice pastries. We highly recommend and we will be going back.

We had an amazing stay! It was a very busy 4th of July weekend at the Cape but Cape Cod Motor Inn was so peaceful and quiet! Our room was clean and well air-conditioned. And Gregg was very thoughtful and kind. We appreciated the list of bar recommendations he gave us to watch the World Cup!

Old roadside motel that has been tastefully restored. Everything is so nice and the owner, Greg, is amazing. At check in he actually walks you to your room to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. It is that nice that we had a last minute change in plans and our 1 night stay quickly turned into 2. Easy choice getting our extra night here. Didn’t even look at or consider anywhere else.

Greg was fabulous on check-in. We also had a sweet note in our room with a small box of chocolates. The property is getting ready for peak season and the mulch was being replenished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't stick around to enjoy local pastries for breakfast but our next destination was calling. It was close to great restaurants. Thank you for a delightful stay!
