This was an amazing stay. The location can't be beat in terms of proximity to the beach, as well as closeness to town. House was clean, warm and spacious for 8 people who stayed there. The host was amazing in terms of communication. The welcome basket was a warm greeting when we walked through the door! Would definitely look to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Our four kids (7,6,4,1) enjoyed the proximity to the beach and other attractions such as bowling, go carts, and the arcade. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. We were grateful for the ocean view and easy access to the beach which was very easy with the wagons, chairs, and toys provided. Thank you for a great week of fun family memories - we hope to be back next year!

This house was perfect for our family and great for little kids- they thought of everything! Lots of space and private floors- we had kids and grandkids with us, it was so close to the beach, loved the house, outdoor shower and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Proximity to beach was a huge plus for our family, 6 adults, 4 grandkids ages under 1-7. We enjoyed the outdoor space and space indoors. Interesting floor plan, one side is completely renovated and other side not. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

The hosts provided absolutely everything we could possibly have needed, and it was super easy to communicate with them before and during our stay. From morning coffee on the deck with a view of the water to days spent enjoying the perfect beach and finally to evening cocktails back on the deck we enjoyed every minute!

Perfect home

The house was is a perfect location for enjoying the beach and exploring the surrounding towns on the Cape. We had a group of 8 ranging from 4 to 82 years old, and the home was comfortable for everyone to spread out yet be together on the beautiful main floor overlooking the ocean. The kids enjoyed all the toys and outdoor play area, as well as the beach toys. The house comes with beach chairs, towels, beach blanket, and wagon to make a day at the beach so easy. We explored the nearby towns and ate at several restaurants recommended by Monica and Nate. Our favorites were the Sesuit Cafe and Skipper’s. The house has every amenity you can think of and was very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay! Thank you.

Our girls weekend at this home was exceptional. Hosts are friendly and communicative, helped with local recommendations and overall made our trip memorable. Amazing ocean views

This was our first trip to Cape cod. The property was immaculate inside and out. The ocean views from the decks and living room were amazing. Walked down to the Skipper restaurant everyday for excellent seafood. My family can't wait to come back.

Awesome Beach House

Steps away from the ocean, but with sweeping views and wonderful, comfortable living area we found it delightful just to relax in the house! Perfect Family Cape Cod Home

This property met the needs of our family perfectly. With 6 adults and one toddler, the house had comfortable spots for everyone. The living areas were arranged in a way that was somehow spacious yet cozy at the same time. All amenities, everything from beach towels to kitchen tools, were top notch. No doubt the finest asset of this home was the quick stroll down a path to our very own beautiful, clean, sugar sand beach. The ability to set up umbrellas and chairs but still come and go as we pleased throughout the day was the absooute best. Thank you Monica and Nate!

Great location, well equipped, a few oddities

This house is in a great location. While 3 houses off beach, it really is only a few steps to the sand, and a very nice view of the ocean from the living area. Decent kitchen, reasonably well appointed, comfortable common room area, overall pretty nice. It has 4 proper bedrooms, including a small bunk room. It has an additional bed in a loft over the common area that is not private and might be hot in summer. It is effectively a two family that can be combined, with a second kitchen that is pretty basic. The second common area has a sleep sofa, which is uncomfortable for an adult. There are two adjoining stairs, one for each side, with the common connection at the top of the stairs. Host was very responsive to some minor issues we had - so no complaints there.

Wonderful Beach House!

We had an amazing stay at this house. The house was super clean, glorious open floor plan with ocean views and stocked with everything you need, including for the beach. Outdoor entertainment space was lovely. House is within steps of the beach. Owners were incredibly responsive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Best vacation ever!

The proximity to the beach and the fact that they provide the beach towels, the buggy, the sand toys, the chairs make traveling so much easier. Not to mention the house was spotless, the linens, sheets, towels and amenities were above any beyond any rental. I have rented in the vineyard and cape for 40 years and this house provided more amenities than I have ever received. Even having a 13 month granddaughter they had boosters, gates and other accommodations. Can’t wait to go back next year. And also by far the best beach ever. Host was awesome to work with. Highly recommend!

Lovely beach house and hosts!

Monica and Nate have a beautiful open-concept house very close to a fantastic soft sand beach. The hosts are very responsive to questions, and when we had a little issue with the shower, they responded and addressed it immediately. Their hospitality was also top notch - the house was stocked with most anything you would need for a large family with small kids (we ended up bringing more than was necessary) and the generous gift bag was a really nice touch. The check in and check out policies were also very low maintenance. This was our first family vacation with all of our very young kids, and we made some wonderful memories thanks a lot to this great house. Thanks again Monica and Nate - hope we are able to stay again in the future!

Amazing location - the property was exactly as described!

Our family of 5 loved our stay and love this house! We found it to be exactly as described in the listing. What might not be as clear is how the in-law suite works. While we didn't use the hide-a-bed downstairs on the patio level, we did make use of the kitchen and refrigerator for the outside patio and grilling. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen utensils. We cooked 3 meals during our week and found everything we needed. I saved the best for last and that's the views from the various decks and the very close proximity to the beach itself. A beautiful house and we had such a great time. We would come back in an instance!
