We loved the hard flooring in the room as I much prefer hard floor over carpet. My only issue was that the room did not match the photos at all. Even though it looked like a suite, it was definitely a small standard room. Also, breakfast available means it is not a free continental breakfast. It was reasonably priced by vacation standards and tasted great but was still $13/person which we were not aware of till we got there. The beach was fantastic. Though be aware to borrow their chair and umbrella is $50/day for use. Better to bring your own or buy something cheap at a local store. The bathrooms were small and only provided two towels for 4 people. With the beach and pools you do go through them over several days but they were pretty good about giving us new ones. We had a pool view and with the music and bar crowd it was a bit loud. I suggest getting ocean view if you want something quieter.

Our stay was ok. There was some type of youth conference going on and the floor we stayed on had kids running up and down hallway late hours. The ice machine was out on our floor and several other floors. The rooms are a bit outdated the restroom was extremely small. The sink area is separated from the toilet and bathtub area. That area was so small it’s hard to close the door without hurting yourself. Weird setup. The hallways are hot. I can understand downstairs with people coming in and out but the other floors are hot. The staff was very nice.

The front and the pool was nice. The room was old and had water damage. The lamps in the room were rusted. The elevator had knats but the view was nice and the beach was within walking distance. It was way too pricey for the experience but it wasn’t terrible thanks to the pool bar and beach

The room was old. The refrigerator cabinet have rusty hinges that creaked when you open it. There was a lot of humidity in the room. It really needed a dehumidifier.

Parking is very limited. The ac is not on lobby or inside restaurant. There are ants on the tables outside at the restaurant and only one person at the bar and tables. The property itself it’s confusing and there’s no signs to know where your going.

Rundown Building Slow Staff

The property is worn and outdated, which is evident from the exterior condition. We arrived about 5 hours before checkin, so we rented a tent on the beach and enjoyed the day. I attempted to check in shortly after 4PM, but was told that our room wasn’t ready and that someone would call me when we could check in. Ninety minutes passed without an update. I called the front desk and was informed that our room was ready. The room was spacious, and the ocean view nice. We unloaded our bags, and went to dinner before returning to the beach to watch fireworks. Upon return to the room I realized there were no linens for the pullout sofa. Repeated calls to housekeeping and the front desk went unanswered, forcing me to walk to the reception lobby which was in another building. I informed the staff that I needed linens for the pull out bed. About 15 minutes later, while I was out of the room, an attendant left one blanket. No sheets, no pillows. Just a blanket. We needed extra towels, my partners call to the front desk was answered, but we were told we would have to walk to the main building which took about 10 minutes round trip. We ended up sharing the last towel which was threadbare and dingy. Surfaces in the room weren’t properly cleaned and had residue from prior guests. The elevator floor was wet and dirty. The front desk staff was slow to respond and disinterested. The restaurant staff was amazing, and workers were friendly, but the night front desk 7/4/25 wasn’t
