Very very very old and falling apart building. Mold everywhere. Carpet everywhere is filthy so much so that my family got their eyes sick and had to take them to a hospital. Stinky smell everywhere even the Reception counters were very dirty. I would never ever have gone there if I knew but you my readers do. Safe yourself from the humiliation and filth and take my advise DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. Oh I almost forgot about the alarm going off at every hour of the day and night. During breakfast it went off and was asking people to evacuate the building. Etc etc etc

Great Potential that was poorly executed

While the hotel was in a good location, it was a haul to get from the lobby to building B. That building was on the beach, but only one side faced the water, the other faced to pool. The room was updated, but the bed was waaaaaay to soft and left my back aching. We also had an issue with the grounds keeping team starting the blowers at 7am right outside our window. On a positive note the rooftop observation area is breathtaking. Overall this property had allot of potential, but just didn’t get there

It’s a tired resort just like much of the island. It’s serviceable though for a cheap stay. Wish they had pool/beach towels.

I understand that spring breakers can do some damage to beach hotels, but MAINTENANCE could help this hotel greatly. Everywhere you look in this hotel needs maintenance. Missing tiles in the elevator, rust all over the bathroom, what seemed like barnacles growing on the bathroom sink faucet, pool fountain needs tiles replaced and painting. Seemed more like a $69 hotel than a $150 hotel. Also, restaurant only had one server and she didn't seem to speak English...had to point everything out on the menu that we wanted and she didn't understand any specifics that we wanted...had to go through the bartender to get what we wanted. Won't stay here again.

The room smell of mold, mildew and bleach. Outdated bathroom fixtures and no tub bar in the shower. Pools had missing tile. Staffing shortage in yhe Restaurant Azure for breakfast resulted in meal served semi warm. Lobby areas and elevators no air conditioning. Overall needs a total update for the pricey stay.

The hotel is advertised great but upon arriving the outdated and dirty facility were a disappointment. Our room was not the cleanest, the toilet was broken and leaking. I tried calling the front desk from the hotel room telephone and not once did they answer. The staff was not friendly at all.

This should be a beautiful property, but it needs refurbishing. Everything in the room felt damp, including the bedding. Not pleasant. The toilet seat was cracked. The music was so loud in the common areas from open to close that you couldnt have any kind of conversation. And this was during off season, not spring break.

We stayed in room 220. There was dirt all over the toilet. When asked to have it cleaned, the housekeeper wiped with her hand and said it comes from the fan above. She shrugged and walked away. Our family was staying next to us through a connecting door. Their carpet was wet the entire visit and their door would not secure. We wasted 45 minutes standing there while maintenance took the door off to try and repair it. This is one of the older hotels and the maintenance is not followed through. I left a similar review directly with the hotel.
