This was the perfect place to stay on SPI. Close walk to the beach, fantastic deck and grassy pool/hot rub area, and close to everything.. The condo was up to date, clean and nicely furnished. Comfy couches and recliner. Bed was really comfortable too. We had everything we needed.

Great location. We were able to walk for miles on the beach, and an easy walk to restaurants, groceries, etc. Great neighbours. Everyone very friendly. Clean well taken care of premises. Condo had everything we needed except beach chairs. All day sun on the south side. We had a great stay from Dec 29 - Jan 30, 2026.

Loved it. It was very clean. The property was very quiet. Only thing I didn’t like was having to remember to carry key with me at all times because the door looks right behind you. Another was living room tv couldn’t get remotes to work. But other than that it was a good stay. Enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for sharing your place with us. We really enjoyed it. I wish we had a longer stay. Place was clean, walking distance to the beach and the main street. The only thing I will recommend is having beach/pool towels. We did not bring any so we had to go purchase some. Other than that 10/10!

First Winter Texan trip

Loved this place! It was close to everything. The people staying there were fantastic.The only problem we had was that the burners on the stove are not level, We cook in most of the time and this was a challenge. However I would still return here in a heartbeat.
