Upstairs 1st bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen & twin beds. Bathroom adjoins the 2 bedrooms & entry from the great room. Living room has a sofa sleeper, best suitable for a child/teen.
Downstairs has a large bedroom with 2 full beds & a futon. Futon best of children. 2nd bathroom is in bedroom. Downstairs living area has a day bed, best suitable for a child/teen.
Fenced-in backyard and secure windsurf/kite board equipment racks on back patio. Garage has can be used by renters for equipment safekeeping.
Quiet location 300 yards down the street from the bayside water where there are benches for sunset viewing.
1-3 blocks of 3 of SPI’s premier windsurf/kite board shops which offer lessons and rent excellent equipment.

We loved our stay at this beach rental! It's in a perfect location—just a short walk or drive to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Arlene was an amazing host. The home was clean and very nice we enjoyed our stay here at south padre island. The home is in a nice secluded spot with a wonderful view of the fireworks and the beautiful sunset. Very spacious house with enough beds for everyone. Wonderful home and island would recommend it for big families or even small ones.

Vacay Paradise

This was a wonderful, beautiful place to stay, very clean and well maintained. It has a lovely yard. It is just a couple blocks to the beach which is within easy walking distance. Arlene was very friendly, nice, and helpful. We absolutely loved our vacation here and would definitely stay again.
