NOT on the beach. No view of the beach. About 3 minute walk to the beach. Sparsest VRBO I have ever been in. No board games, just enough kitchen pans etc to cook. Laundry but no soap. No dish soap. Two towels per bathroom, one kitchen towel. Four beach towels. No extra blankets. While there I hooked up the TV, fixed the dishwasher rack, the guest toilet. The ice maker did not work. It was very clean. It was quiet. Close to splashpad. The property is nice, pool faces the beach. Many sitting areas to see beach. Secure, cameras and people watching, controlled access. This is good because the door would blow open in a strong wind. Pool was heated, the hot tub too heated, it burned our skin if we tried to get in. Close to bars/restaurants.Given the property/host fee, go stay at the Courtyard by Marriott just down the beach. Benefit of this property was the staff and the pool size, it's big.The staff at the property WERE AWESOME. Very nice and acted quickly to let us in.NOT ON THE BEACH.
