Girl’s Trip

I have stayed at Bahia Mar and the property is nice. The main attraction is the distance to the beach and beach set up. The views are wonderful! This unit was spacious and clean. I liked the 3 balconies. Bed upstairs was very comfy. However, a few drawbacks would be the doors to the shower were off and left a gap at the top. (Lower bath for double beds room) we could not get the balcony door to open in the master bedroom. That room had cool to lukewarm shower water. The master bedroom’s fire detector chirped. I requested someone to come and fix it, but no one came. The other two balcony doors did not seem to lock. Wasn’t sure if they were supposed to. The sliding glass door to the entrance of the upstairs bedroom was great for keeping the room nice and cool. They were a bit hard to close but much appreciated. Friend did not like the bed in double bed room. She described it as very hard. Overall, we had a good stay and we were not ready to leave.

Family Vacation

Great property location inside Bahia Mar, the condo is comfortable and spacious. However, the blinds in the bedrooms are broken and there is no private grill, there is a common area that has to be reserved with anticipation if you want to cook some bbq and it was full during our stay. Kitchen is fully stocked, however more tupperwares would have been nice. Beds are comfy and there is a TV in each room. Acces to the beach is a very short walk. Ample parking space. I would recommend it for families.

Great condo in well maintained complex

I hadn’t stayed in the Bahia Mar in years and was to see it is well maintained. The teens enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the deck overlooking the beach. The condo is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Fun weekend!!

The property was in a perfect location, right next to the pool and beach. The complex is a little complicated to navigate, but instructions to get in were very detailed and accurate and security up front were very helpful. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly! Some things to note: the condo is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. The beds in the room with two queen beds are extremely hard, but you get used to them after a few nights. There was a large but refundable damage deposit included in the itemized list of the 2nd payment, which is not mentioned anywhere until it was time to make that final payment. All in all, 5 stars! We had a great time and would stay here again.

Information of how many people can stay and parking

Yes this is Amparo I selected this place for the rooms and the beautiful view.. and it’s was perfect … but I give one star ⭐️ for not giving more information before I book it about .. the $$$ ridiculous price to park a extra car i didn’t got to used all the rooms because my guests were not willing to pay the parking to park… and how extricated about my guests I pay a lot of money and only 5 people come to spend the night because of that 😔 and also I didn’t like that we have to climb stairs I guess I’m more like hotels person a place with elevator…but if I will stay again there … NO

Location, location, location

By far the best thing about this trip was the location. This condo was perfectly suited for beach time. A very short walk past the pool to the beautiful sandy beach. The water here is so perfect and the beach directly from the condo is not busy compared to the beach farther north and south. The condo itself had everything you'd need - the beds were very comfortable, refrigerator was large with a good ice maker. I would suggest that somewhere in the description, stating that running the dehumidifier immediately and keeping it empty is a very good idea. The humidity in the condo was 72% until we realized we had a unit in the corner and started running it...brought it down to 51% which made a huge difference. Would definitely return to this unit!

Great condo for family vacation in Padre

Although the resort is showing its age, the property is well maintained, secure, and kid-friendly. The condo was clean and well stocked with chairs and beach toys and lots of towels. My teenager loved having the separate loft upstairs as her own space, and my 11 year old twins loved the guest room with two queen beds. Master bedroom is spacious and comfortable, even if the neighbors were a bit noisy. Price was reasonable and the property manager was nice and responsive. Condo is next to pool and gives direct access to the beach. Overall, it was a great vacation.

Top Notch expierence

This condo was wonderful for our family of 2 teenage boys and an 11 year old girl. The condo was large enough for everyone to have their own space. Everything about the condo exceeded our expectations. It was close to the beach and the pool, had a great view, was super clean with great AC and all of the comforts of home.

Beautiful place and views

The place was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Pool right out the side of our building, nice deck to sit and enjoy beach view and chill. Short walk to the beach. We all had great time. The only down side is that it was on the 3rd floor which wasn't apparent when booking and ny husband has a bad knee so was difficult going up and down.

Amazing Beach front condo

Stayed June7-11 with wife and 4 teenagers. Condo was perfect, Amazing beach front views very short walk to beach. Kitchen fully stocked, beds wonderfully comfortable!! The place was perfect and Judy the host was also extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely coming back!!

Fun in the Sun!

We had a great time! Our college age kids brought friends, so they had their own rooms. The kitchen is big with all the appliances, so it is very easy to cook. Great view of the beach from all of the balconies. I highly recommend.
