Wake up to panoramic views of the ocean stretching as far as the eye can see at 4020 Gulf Blvd (Chris' Beach House). Our luxury 3-bedroom beachfront townhome offers an unparalleled retreat for those seeking the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort. Our property is updated, has a private pool, and is located right on the beach in South Padre Island Tx!
Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. The large master bedroom located on the 2nd Floor is equipped with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The master also has an attached master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests have the choice of 2 additional bedrooms downstairs. The second bedroom features a single Queen size bed, while the third bedroom features two sets of full size bunk beds (4 beds total) to sleep up to 8 guests! The bunk bedroom leads out to your private pool facing the beach! 4020 Gulf accommodates up to 12 guests total.

The living area, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom are all conveniently located on the 2nd floor with a spectacular view towards our beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the balcony! Ample seating is provided for guests in the dining room and additional seating at the large kitchen bar as well.
Guests can easily access the beach by going down the landscaped pathway leading from the house to the white sand of South Padre.

Beautiful beach house with incredible ocean views. Everything was too-notch including the huge living area with great seating and very comfortable beds in every bedroom. The refrigerator stopped working on our 2nd day and SPI rentals promptly moved in a loaner! Great service.

Great time at SPI

We visit SPI often but never rented this house. This rental unit was exactly what we needed. The furniture was so comfortable and the house was well stocked with kitchen items. The house was clean and we enjoyed the pool (even with cooler temperatures from storms). SPI Rentals was easy to work with and great at communicating. We look forward to renting this unit again.

WE enjoyed our week at the beach front The bunk beds did not fit our party of three adult couples but we managed ok We had to navigate aircon issues ie no aircon when we arrived but was operating by 10 pm, then we had drain issue that caused the aircon to go out again this time over night, but was back by noon the next day. The view from the balcony was really good and beach access was just fine. Would I stay there again Probably
