This is a great condo. Perfect for 4. Bedrooms are roomy with private baths. It is on the 3rd floor, so if you don't mind stairs. There is an elevator and it works when someone hasn't flipped the held switch on the 2nd floor. The reason I can't give this condo a 5 star rating is the management company. Although responsive to all of our communications quickly, there were some issues that were not dealt with. When we arrived, there was a bedroom light that we were unable to turn on and the thermostat was blinking that it needed a new battery, and an outlet in the kitchen didn't work. We informed the management company, they came out and were told a maintenance person would come to fix but never did. We had batteries with us, so we changed them. The gate lock jammed one day and we couldn't get in, we texted and were asked if we were putting in the right number, we were, still jammed, said they would send someone and let us know, we went to Louie's to wait, don't know who fixed it. We loved the area so we extended our stay. On our original day of departure, we went to the beach, upon our return to the condo, we were unable to enter, the door lock code had changed. We weren't notified of this change. When we reached out to the management company, they gave us a new code, didn't work. Several attempts at new codes didn't work, we were very frustrated, and wet from the beach and decided to wait out our time at Louie's until they could get us in the condo. After over an hour, we were told we could get in with a new code. We went back to the condo and no. They informed us that they would have the local home care team contact us. Now we had 2 people texting us numbers to try. None worked. At this point we were frustrated and wanted to talk to someone. We tried to call but our anticipated wait time was long. So we texted and said that we wanted to speak to a person. When they called us the individual said he would be over with a key. He showed up 15 minutes later. When we explained the situation and all that had transpired, we were given excuses as to why it was not his fault. To be fair in my review, this condo really is great, but there are some issues. 1 burner on the stove doesn't work, 2 outlets in the kitchen don't work, in the west bedroom you can only turn on one lamp and there is no where to plug in charges in this bedroom. The showers in the private baths are small. If the outlet in living room doesn't work, turn the light switch on, it will then.
