Location:
Fully stocked and remodeled condo across from the Sea Turtle rescue and next to Claytons Beach Bar. Condo is five minute walk to the beach without crossing any streets. Condo is located in Building D in picture of condo complex.

Living Area:
New double bed size sleeper sofa, love seat, and comfortable recliner allow your family to gather around the 44 inch wall mounted flat screen TV with 40 cable channels to relax after a busy day at the beach or pool. Sleeper sofa has 5.5 inch plush mattress.

Dining Area:
Family size table with 8 chairs makes everyone comfortable or get cozy with the cook and sit at one of the 4 bar stools close to the kitchen.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances featuring a flat top stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig Duo Essentials Coffee system (makes pots and single cups), blender, and toaster. Plus all the other amenities such as wine glasses and new cookware. Grilling utensils are also provided to grill at one of the community grilling centers located just at the end of the building.

Bedrooms:
Master bedroom has new king size bed, 40 inch flat screen TV, desk, black out curtains, and double door closet.
Second bedroom has new queen size bed and double bed with 32 inch flat screen TV, bureau, and black out curtains.
Both rooms have power strip at night stands to charge phones.
Master bedroom has two towel hooks in the closet. Laundry basket on wheels to take laundry to APP operated complex laundry in middle complex building. Foldable towel rack in master bedroom closet to dry beach and bath towels for large groups.

Need Baby Equipment: Pack and Play and booster seats available for rental for families with small children. Total cost for Pack and Play and 1-2 booster seats that fit on dining room chairs: $75 per stay.

Two bathrooms with walk in showers, hand rails in shower for safety, large sink vanity and motel quality towels. Hand soap, toilet paper, and hair dryers provided.

Beach Closet:
Large hall closet with three beach umbrellas, four beach chairs, 5 quart movable ice chest, and pack and play beach items for your children. Hall closet closest to kitchen also may contain beach toys, cleaning items for quick clean up jobs, and barbecue tools kit. Host does not provide charcoal or lighter fluid but previous guests sometimes leave these items behind.

Outside Patio:
Newly furnished outdoor patio with 4 large lounge chairs, two small tables and one large round table for outdoor dining and games.

Condominium Complex Amenities:
Two heated pools located in the heart of each building. On site APP operated laundry enter with washer and dryers are available in the building between the two condo buildings.
Lush tropical plants make the complex look and feel like a Pacific Island paradise.

TIKI Complex has FOUR barbecue grill pit/smoking areas. Each area has large cement grill with cement picnic tables. Outside smoking is allowed in these four areas. No smoking on condo patio, in building hallways, or at pools.

The Tiki was an automatic choice for my family, as we used to own a condo in the family at The Tiki. Also this was a very nostalgic trip for us, the first time down in about 15 years. We were immediately greeted upon entering the office by staff then a short drive around to park and walk into the condo. Nancy was beyond helpful and super communicative, we were in the room and able to relax. It was an inviting space for my family and had everything we personally needed, we loved it and will definitely be trying to come back! Thanks again!

Great, quiet, and private SPI getaway.

Our family really enjoyed our 5-night stay at #116 at the Tiki. The condo was clean, modern, and private. We had close access to the pool as well as a short walk to the beach. The owner was very communicative with us and even offered early check-in and late check-out as a bonus. Thank you for the great experience!

Great location

The condo was clean and cozy. It had all the essentials to make our stay enjoyable, fun, and memorable! It is super close to the beach, with it's private access gate, right next to Clayton's. The two pools were a great way to relax too. The host kept in contact all the time and replied to messages quickly. We'll definitely look for this property to come back to SPI😊.

Great property, great location, nice pools.

The beds were clean and very comfortable. The property is very nice. The location is excellent. The house is well equiped. The host was very helpful, communicated clearly, and was very helpful. She had lots of tips for things to do in the area. The downsides (ie. why 4 out of 5 stars?): The floors were a bit dirty when we arrived, but not awful. The house had a number of strongly scented air fresheners that could irritate someone with breathing issues, or who are bothered by strong scents. Otherwise this house would have been 5 stars.

Our stay was great!! Nancy was very helpful and available for questions. We took our son and a couple of friends for Spring break so it was a wonderful location since Clayton’s is practically next door. Only thing was that there were a lot of elderly people staying at the tiki so it became annoying when they would constantly ask if we were staying there and demanding to see our wrist bands. Mind you they were not all owners of a condo most were also renting.

Great Stay!

Great location! Traveling with 3 kids and a dog isn’t always the easiest but the size, location and cleanliness of this property was everything we needed to have a great 10 day vacation! Very quiet and large patio for all those Sandy toys! Our host was very responsive to anything and went above and beyond. Will stay here again when we come back!

Nice Getaway

Fun stay on the north side of the island. The place was clean and had great access to the beach. Host was extremely responsive and very nice. The location gives you access to a couple of nightlife places, Andy Bowie Park for beach side driving, and the bird sanctuary.

Best VRBO host ever!!!

My friends and I stayed at the VRBO for spring break. We loved our neighbors they were so nice and the place came with all of the beach accessories you will need. Also the host Nancy was super nice and answered all of my questions. She was so kind. Overall we had an amazing trip.

Well thought out layout

The resort was well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Very short walk to the beach and close to Clayton's. Condo had a nice thought out floorplan and well supplied. Had great communication with the owner. A/C struggled to keep up during the night. Owner contacted maintenance promptly to resolve the issue. Definitely would stay again. Security is also on the grounds!

Comfortable and convenient

Condo was great, easy beach access, beautifully redone with awesome showers, appliances. AC and dehumidifiers made it very comfortable with no maintenance required. Few fruit flies in kitchen drain so a trap woukd help. Short drive to restaurants. Fireworks on. the beach were awesome! Nancy was great to work with, thanks so much! Another summer of wonderful family memories!
