This condo is a two bedroom, two bath condo perfectly located only steps away from the beach. Each bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and each bathroom is complete and with plenty of towels and a starter kit of toiletries. Private washer and dryer in the condo so your things will always be fresh! Go out the patio door and you are in front of the Solare swimming pool.
The New Bahia Mar has just had a multi million maker over! Come swim in our 2 brand new pools with hot tubs or play tennis on our new courts! No roads to cross, just walk out the door and you are at the beach. Condo just a few steps from the 2 large swimming pools and beach access.
****PLEASE NOTE: Babies and infants count toward the total occupancy of a reservation. Unfortunately, guests will be denied access if over the maximum number of people. Number of guests will depend on number of people on the inquiry, no extra will be added. Children under the age of 4 will be counted as an occupant. Our Staff will enforce the maximum occupancy and can prevent trespassing of unauthorized persons. Special cases can pay for extra guests ($85.00 each) , but must be called in by owner to change the reservation.
Parking Notes: Rentals are allowed two free parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit can be issued ONLY if authorized by New Bahia Mar Management for the renting party and for a $70.00 fee per vehicle. Parking is limited and permits must be displayed at all times. Please note that no boats, trailers, or R.V.s will be allowed on the property. HOUSE RULES:
● Maximum occupancy limit: 6 guests (including children 12 and under) ● No invited Guests are allowed. ● Must provide valid ID to enter property ● No smoking allowed ● Minimum age to rent is 21 ● All people are required to wear wristbands. ● Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am. ● This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. There is a $180 pet fee per stay. ● Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.`s or motor homes will be allowed on property. ● Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. ● We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property.
