Rustic 6 Bedroom Cabin - Lakefront, Central in Town Location!

There are few things in life as special as waking up to the sun rising over a pristine lake - well maybe the sun setting over a pristine lake! The cabins grounds are au natural - as grass is not native to Tahoe. This house has room for the entire family, providing the basics for a wonderfully rustic lakefront experience. This home is a lake front property which makes is a great experience. The home (dwelling) itself provides a basic, no frills experience - like camping with a roof and ...appliance and Wi-Fi!. We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.

    Great family-friendly and cozy home!

    We loved our stay! We talk about wanting to return. The house is a little bit out dated and older but we had everything we needed. There is so much yard and you are right on the lake, so you never run out of things to do. The house is only a drive away from casinos and restaurants. There was also a Safeway just down the road which was also extremely convenient! This trip was everything we needed and hoped for!

    they are too much noise on the second floor they want guys want to sleep on the bottle back and sleep because makes so much noise the sauna doesn’t work, Windows can open it in case emergency. The carpet so I ugly very black and they want you to take your shoes off #nasty. #notgood

    Old House-Needs improvement

    Rating Details: Good things: 1. House is with a beautiful lake view. You can enjoy morning and evening walk beside the lake. Average: 1. Not the well-equipped kitchen, lack of utensils 2. The sauna was not working 3. Water heating system is super old, use to reset by itself and leave us wondering why we are getting cold water in December winter. 4. Infirmed property manager about Sauna, cold water but no response from office and technician never showed up to fix the issue. 5. Bedrooms are good in size but bad beds and beddings. 6. House carpet was not clean 7. Furniture is super old. This property really needs a good upgrade as this is a decent size house for 10 people with an amazing view.
