No street parking per county ordinance - could result in towing and major fines. * Please put trash in bear boxes only. * Absolutely no fires of any sort are allowed on the property or in the Tahoe basin. * Dogs are allowed, with prior permission and pet fee * Surveillance: camera for monitoring the driveway and exterior of the home for safety and security purposes. * NoiseAware sensor exists inside the home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible) and help us and guests avoid fines for violating the local noise ordinances. We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect.
