Good location, clean and friendly front desk people. Unfortunately the front desk closes at 11pm and late arrivals are not seamless. I was there for five nights and the housekeeping staff did not visit my room once. I assume this was an oversight rather than a policy problem. But, it made my stay less pleasant than it otherwise would have been.

Great location right in the middle of shops, restaurants and close to the lake. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. Bathroom typical. Staff were friendly. The pool was open but some of the beaches around Lake Tahoe were not open yet for season.
