Room was nice and bed comfortable. But in morning the whole place had no water at all. I understand it was not their fault but what could have been better was the reach out to the guests. I had already left when I got notice from the motel about another shower option. They were too slow in this aspect.

Simple, clean, comfortable bed and price right. It is an older motel. The a/c looked broken and like an insect entrance, with broken panels. Maybe they rewired it?? Overall happy with the ease and pricing, it met our needs for an overnight stay

Good for Hunters and Fishermen

Perfect place for hunters or fishermen as there is plenty of room for muddy boots. Unfortunately, for those of us who would like to hing up clothes, there were no hangers. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was reasonably clean and that was all that mattered for an overnight stop. We would not stay again.

Rented a room and nobody available to help us get in. Code they sent didnt work on the door. Had to go rent a different hotel room and grt a refund. Nobody answered the numbers given, mailbox full, didnt answer text, was stuck at the hotel for hours trying to get ahold of someone before giving up.

We were very pleased with the amazing air conditioning. Well, it was easy to check in online and the code worked on the door the number lock to retrieve the keys did not work. Felt the need to put a chair in front of the door not being able to get the physical keys out of the box. The room itself was okay the bed is overly soft with no support. There were suspicious looking stains on the walls especially in the bathroom. After arriving took a shower and the bathroom ceiling vent was two inches from the ceiling dangling. Shower heads are outdated and due to the hard water buildup, quite uncomfortable with the stream. Sum of the wall paneling is coming apart from the wall and there were some spider webs. Did not assume much of it until three am after tossing and turning from the too soft bed, when Charlotte came for a visit. After some flailing and and eight legged dash across the bed our foe perished. Although there are likely hundreds of spider eggs left behind. This place was also advertised as having a hot tub, which was present, however, has turned into a smoke shack for some of the more permanent residents of the site. The hot tub was empty and the panels were off the sides. Not a recommended place to stay for any price.

We have always stayed in rooms 103 and 104 that have air conditioning. CONS; I missed that 107 has no air con, which would be fine if the front window opened to create air flow between the two bedrooms. The back bedroom has a ok size window, but it didn't cool the front bedroom even though we used our fan. The bathroom has no hooks for bath towels and there is nowhere to hang clothes. Technically this room sleeps 6 with 3 double beds, but there is not really enough room for luggage etc. PROS: The property is always clean and we like the little freezer. Check-in is easy.

My wife’s car broke down on the way out and when I tried to cancel I was told no refunds within 24 hours. I understand policy but it feels like adding insult to injury. Now I have to pay for another hotel near the car while we wait for roadside assistance towing to come.
