Loved how unique this property was. This was renovated with the adventurer in mind!!! Yeti coolers in the rooms, mountain bikes and SUPs available to use. Sauna and hot tub bags and horse shoes etc!!

We stayed the night on our road trip back home from Ouray to Fort Worth. It was clean, efficient, & accessible to things in town. We were able to chunk our trip into sections, eat a good dinner, & watch South Fork’s Fourth of July Fireworks Show.

For a low cost place to crash, it was great. The walls are pretty thin, and definitely heard people across the parking lot partying as well as the neighbors talking. Bed was comfortable, rooms nicely renovated. For the price it was a good value

This was a fun, clean hotel with a kitchenette in my king room. We loved that there was a Yeti cooler you could borrow while you stay. Really enjoyed the hot tub, it was nice and clean as well. Thank you!

There was a hammock in the room! They could use a handy man, to properly hang hooks and shelves and put in shower handles. And lots of other simple small jobs they a "bandaid" is just slapped on.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Hammock is a very fun feature. We are so happy we chose this place to stay. We only regret having to leave.

Despite the fact that they were few people staying at the property, they booked a party in an adjacent room. The party was not overly noisy but the walls are so thin that normal conversation could easily be heard in the next room which lasted until 11PM and started at 5:30 AM.. They staff did relocate us when advised of the issue.

CLEAN & RELAXING

Very clean, very relaxing. The sheets were crispy clean, the bathroom was very clean. The whole room smelled clean, well stocked. Thanks to the FANTASTIC housekeeper Salena. The grounds were very clean, and very pet friendly. They did not have an extra charge for pets. I wish we stayed there the first night we were in town. We stayed 3 additional night.
