Brand new build, Enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a small bunk room with a set of twin beds, loft has a sleeper sofa plus 2 rollaways…guests will find the sleeping arrangements to be phenomenal. The 2 1/2bathrooms come equipped with all you need. In addition, 2 living areas allow plenty of space to stretch out. Experience the magic of Notre Dame, Eddy street and all that South Bend has to offer. Entertaining outdoor space with dining, fire pit and room to play. Less than a half mile walk to campus. Message me for details or to see finishes. We are ND parents who are building to have a new home to stay in when we visit.

We loved that this rental reminded us of the early days of VRBO homes. Hosts provided so many of the little extras appreciated while traveling - Kleenex, ziplock bags, laundry and dish soap, nice soft TP and plenty of it! The home was well stocked with serving and dish ware. We really appreciated the comfy cozy mattresses and bedding. Everything was sparkling clean and spotless. Mostly the hosts were incredibly kind to accommodate our request for a late checkout so we could host a birthday brunch for our ND student and her hall mates. Home was flawless and hosts were among the most attentive and caring down to every detail!

We had a wonderful stay, while getting three students settled on campus. House was immaculate and well stocked with everything needed to be comfortable. Kitchen was set up to be cooked in for aspiring chefs, with the necessary staples to start your meal prep and mornings off right. Owners were exceptionally helpful and very responsive to assure everything was perfect for our stay. Would return in a heart beat!

home was PERFECT! spotless, brand new, and perfectly decorated! backyard was lovely as well. they had absolutely everything we needed and fit our large group perfectly. it is so so close to campus and perfect for a game weekend. absolutely will be coming back.

WOW! This house was so amazing, clean and SO close to campus and eddy street. We had a blast hanging in the yard next to the fire pit. Will most certainly be staying here again.
