The home features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The master suite features an Eastern King, pull-out sofabed, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom offers a California King bed, while the third bedroom includes two full beds. Bathrooms are conveniently located on every level: two upstairs, a powder room on the main floor, and a full bathroom in the basement.

On the lower level, the fully finished basement provides a second hangout space with a large sectional sofa (with pull-out sofa bed), TV, and with a separate double bed for additional guests.

The heart of The Victory Lounge is its game day-ready garage hangout, outfitted with a bar, wall-mounted TV, couch, and recliner, creating the perfect space to gather for pregame festivities, celebrate Fighting Irish victories, or relax after a day on campus.
