Enjoy a weekend at our centrally located 3BR/1BA that is only 0.8 Miles from campus! This newly refreshed 1000 sq ft home can comfortably sleep 8 and is situated in the perfect location. Amenities include: 72” flat screen TV, Streaming Services, high-speed internet, Keurig coffee maker, smart lock, and security system. With free street parking in a quiet residential neighborhood, this is the perfect headquarters for your entire group.

The home is a ranch-style 3BR/1BA. There are two bedrooms that have standard bedding and one that is a sofa couch. The bathroom is full-size with a tub and shower. There is also a large driveway that can fit 3-4 cars.

The home was recently updated and turned into a full-time rental in August of 2022. The reviews from past guests will be from past years when the home was only a football weekend rental.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Weekend stay

The location is amazing! The space is adequate and clean. They left plenty of towels and bedding which was greatly appreciated. The beds were terrible and need to be replaced. And we had an electrical issue which was concerning but is probably due to the age of the home. Management will address it I am sure.
