The water is never hot. Over 3 days, the shower was only hot enough once. The HVAC was never really "Off" when set to "Off". It continued to blow cold air every few minutes. Had to wear a jacket while sitting at the desk.

The whole experience was great. We came off the road after 12 hours of driving and were cheerfully welcomed and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. The coffee and breakfast was delicious! Almost hated to leave to get back in the road!
