Room not prepared properly: Having a used soap and one half roll of toilet paper indicated that the staff was using the room or it was not thoroughly cleaned. Housekeeping did not clean room on the first day stay (was told that we needed to notify the front desk if we wanted it cleaned) had we’ve been told that we needed to notify ~ we would have done so. Many businesses are using COVID-19 as an excuse not to properly serve customers. If businesses are short-staffed then they should adapt and block room availability according to ability to serve properly. This is not a criticism of the staff but of the owners.
Clean and quiet, comfortable beds
They forgot to check us in even though they ran our card and spoke to us in person and the. Treated us poorly for their mistake- would not pick up trash (We have an I can’t which means dirty diapers) called me late at night and woke up my baby - locked us out of the room and said it wasn’t a “big deal” and would not give us a towel- also changed rate on us several times. There was a strange hair on the toilet upon arrival which I just flushed because I’m not the type of person to complain about little things- but they seriously need to work on their customer service and hygiene.
