It's a beautiful facility. Staff and patrons were friendly and polite. The room was clean. We enjoyed breakfast at the Edgewater Cafe. For being relatively new, the mattresses lacked supportive edges and in fact sagged where guests sit at the edges. Getting permission to check in past 9:00 p.m. was also inconvenient. Otherwise we had a nice visit.

Almost a 5. Just loved the room. Cozy but spacious. Wonderful chairs. The bed was amazing. The shower was spectacular. But I was shocked to find they didn’t clean my room once in 3 days. Disappointed. And when I called to inquire, they acted like I was silly for asking.

The room was great, very clean, well stocked. The good restaurants fill up very fast, you need a reservation way in advance, and none of them do room service in the evening or takeout. We had a concert at 8 and wanted to eat before we went because everything would be closed when we got back. We had to eat at the Timber something and the sandwiches were awful, overcooked, sloppy. The only good thing was the potato puff things. Staff all over was kind and courteous.
