I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for 1 weeks and it was amazing the staff could not do enough for you and the staff in the restaurant were also amazing. One of the staff restaurant supervisors called baligh was soo attentive and made sure everything was brilliant. Would defo stay here again

First of all this hotel is DEFINITELY NOT a 5 star I wouldn’t even give it a 4. Me and my boyfriend have just returned home after spending a week in Tunisia. The food is terrible as there is no variety, it is tasteless and very repetitive. The meat was undercooked which is what I believed led to us being ill. We was only there for three days before we started experiencing sickness and a very upset stomach. I reported this to a member of staff at reception and was told a manager would come and speak to us but they never did. They never even checked if we were okay but instead when I reported it they said they hadn’t received any complaints regarding food prior to what I told him. After this we didn’t eat in the hotel although we paid for all inclusive, we ate out at the hard rock café instead. The only good thing about this resort is the beach, the animation team and some of the bar staff of an evening, everything else is terrible. Would not recommend staying at this hotel and I would certainly NOT be visiting Tunisia again.

Me and my new wife Shannen chose this hotel for our honeymoon and well we were not disappointed. We arrived into the room with a complimentary massage from the directors office which was a nice touch. The best thing for me was the food in both the main restaurant and the Italian/Tunisian themed one, we could not find fault and there was plenty of choice in the main one. The service we got was also superb, the staff were so friendly, especially our poolside waiter Wissen. The animation team were great and really friendly and good laugh. So Wissen, Tito, Fato, Chico, Nina, Daizy, Alideen, Nimo we cant wait to come and see you all again (if you work there). Thanks for a memorable honeymoon.

Hotel was lovely, staff so happy to help. Baligh in the restaurant was always super friendly an always happy to help! Saleem in the lounge bar also super nice! Food great, pools great and entertainment great. Would recommend!

The buffet food was excellent and varied. Do not bother with the Tunisian restaurant as its a set meal and was not very good. The hotel and room was 5* and the staff very professional and pleasant. Fred is an absolute nuisance and hard to avoid trying to sell tours! The beach has lots of free sunbeds and was a lot cooler than around the pool. People were putting towels on the sunbeds around the pool area at an early hour which was annoying. Unless you are on the top floor the see view rooms are palm tree views! and the Star Prestige option is not worth the extra. An enjoyable week but I will be trying one of the other nearby hotels next year.

We had a more than pleasant stay whilst visiting here this June. The hotel is beautiful, the staff go out of your way (if tipping is provided) the animation staff were consistent even though their hours were more than tiresome, they continuously gained effort from the visitors and were very approachable and friendly. The food was hit and miss which is why we only gave 4 stars. The food was repetitive and standard all inclusive supplies. We were bothered a lot by Fred even though we advised him on a daily basis that we were not interested in visiting ‘his shop’ ... all in all, a major well done to everyone that made our time enjoyable. We would definitely return (this time bringing some dreamies) to treat the lovely natures cats and kittens that live amongst the grounds.

Me and my girlfriend went a few weeks back. The hotel staff were excellent especially Baligh in the restaurant and Mohammed in star prestige. The room was beautiful and the hotel was as well, especially the reception area. Definitely a 5 star in terms of the hotel facilities. The food got a bit repetitive after 10 days and unfortunately for us the weather wasn’t great.

Was a bit worried because of the bad publicity that Tunisia has had recently, but I will say that this is the first hotel I would definitely go back to. We felt safe at all times. We asked to change rooms at the start of the holiday and the manager was more than helpful

hi, the best thing about this hotel is definitely its staff. Very professional/helpful/diligent staff. Superb room cleaning, thanks Farida. Hello also to Moussa in restaurant :) we enjoyed his chatty approach, always smiling...made our day! And of course the best animation team ever ;) thanks to Mimo for daily Sretching sessions, Chico for superb Archery slots and Fato - wonderful person, very friendly, able to engage everybody to group activities no matter of age ;) We enjoyed our vacation here in this particular Iberostar hotel a lot! Thank you for wonderful memories :)

We arrived as a group of 5 (myself, my husband, brother-in-law, sister-in-law & nephew) late at night and the night staff were nothing but helpful and accomodating and this continued throughout our 7 night stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained so much so that my brother-in-law's tv was playing up and reported it late at night thinking it would be resolved the next day, the maintenance man arrived within 10 mins checked it and then prelaced it with a new tv within 30 mins! Food was fantastic plenty of choice even for the most fussiest eaters. The Animation Team were the best we have experienced in any other hotel a special mention to Tito & Nina who run the kids club - we never put our children in a kids club when we go on hoiday but would trust them implicitly with my children if we were to return. Aladin, Sam, Fato & Daisy again always coming to walk to us and welcome us to join in the activites all the team are full of engergy all day every day and made our stay so much more. They really are a credit to this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL whether this be families or couples they cater for it all.
