2 bedroom Oceanfront - Billing spit

Beautiful 2 bedroom is located in Sooke Basin, full kitchen and BBQ. You can hang at the beach all day or explore what Sooke has to offer - lots of hikes, boating, kayaking, Sooke Potholes etc. Unit is self contained located in our home, own outside patio and access to shared yard, if you like. Beautiful sunsets, quiet walks on the beach, watch the sunrise at billing spit.

guest suite is a beautiful space, newly renovated, 2 queen beds. Dishes, cooking pots etc all provided so you can prepare your own meals. There is access to a BBQ - if you would like.

You will love the peacefulness of sooke and gorgeous wildlife. Sea Otters, seals, bald eagles, kingfisher.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a desk.

It was a beautiful place to have as a base to explore the local area. The apartment was very comfortable (beds were superb!) and equipped with everything we needed (high quality pans and sharp knives). The host was accommodating, and even though they were upstairs, we could barely hear them. I highly recommend this serene spot.

We had a great stay! The suite is well maintained and clean and has everything you need. You can walk along the beach or just relax and enjoy the view. Sub is a great host and is very responsive. If we are back in Sooke we would book this place again!

A Bicycle Trip Destination

It’s not often when arriving at one’s destination you are greeted by a kind host, an incredibly beautiful location, and a comfortable place to stay. And a resident swan named Romeo to add colour. I could have not left this property for the two days we stayed and been quite content.

Lovely stay for tranquility. First morning greeted at our door by the resident swan. Each day at low tide we would watch the herons fishing on the bay. Anything I would ask about Sub would be sure to provide if it wasnt already there (such as binoculars and a DVD player).

Beautiful place to get away

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Beautiful location, quiet and serene. The property is gorgeous, and the suite is set up with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and communication was easy. My kids and I had a wonderful time and will absolutely come back!

Great waterfront property!

Had a lovely stay! Sub was super responsive and very nice. She got us a high chair for our baby to use while staying there which was beyond helpful and kind. She was extremely accommodating for anything we needed and also very respectful of our privacy. All in all a great stay

Serenity and peaceful

A very quiet location with doves occasionally cooing throughout the day. Nice pebbly beach to have daily walks and my visually impaired daughter was able to join Lots to see and do and eould like to come back and do more exploring

Beautiful Oceanfront Property

The two bedroom suite was perfect. You can walk out to the ocean front from your back door. The hosts were wonderful and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Definitely recommend this place if you like a private beach and wildlife! Thank you very much for the awesome experience!
