Steps from the beach and the Cedros Design District with its many restaurants, cafes and boutiques, this stunning coastal property offers resort-style living on the ocean bluffs of Solana Beach. Located in a secure, gated community with two pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts and beautiful landscaping, the unit includes a large primary suite, guest bedroom, and optional 3rd bedroom/office (not enclosed) along with a patio and deck with a peek-a-boo ocean view. The unit is located up two flights of outdoor stairs and is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
