Amazing Place

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The space was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels and blankets. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach toys and boogie boards on the porch, which made our beach days even more fun. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, including a generous selection of spices and coffee, which was a nice touch. Having a washer and dryer available was super convenient, and aside from picking up some fresh produce, we didn’t need to run out for anything.

Property was clean, spacious and updated. Short walk to the beach. Parking was only a few steps away, although you have to go up a flight of stairs which can be a battle with heavy luggage. Beds were comfortable with 2 large bedrooms with en-suite baths. Our only issue was with new heat/air system which we could not operate properly even with help from the property manager. Seemed to operate on its own schedule with no apparent way to override. Fortunately the weather was relatively moderate and we were able to work around the problem. Need to get that worked out. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Solana Beach Visit

We encountered some initial confusion in communications. The VRBO confirmation e-mail we received did not include a confirmation number and we never received prior access instructions. Upon arrival we both had difficulty retrieving online information which was sent to gain entry to the property and the unit. Alyssa, our host, was very friendly and helpful at rectifying the situation once we were able to speak with her on the phone upon arriving at the front gate of the property. Other than that, everything went smoothly. We received a text from Alyssa to let her know if we needed anything during our stay. The location was beautiful with access to the beach (many dogs which added to the enjoyment) and included pool and pickleball facilities. The apartment was beautifully appointed and very clean and comfortable. One evening we watched the sunset from a resident lounge overlooking the ocean-just spectacular. We had a wonderful time visiting our daughter and she stayed with us a couple of nights at the unit.Thank you, Alyssa.

Saved in Solana Beach!

We were endure to LA when the fires broke out & quickly pivoted to San Diego. What an unexpected bonus to our situation! Please is very clean & the entire visit was a pleasure! We highly recommend!

Close to beaches, restaurants,...

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed many walks/jogs along the beach, used the gym and jacuzzi. It’s a nice quiet community but still close to downtown Del Mar and Solana Beach if you enjoy walking. We’d love to come back.

Perfect Stay!

We recently stayed at this property for a work trip, and it was fantastic! The location was ideal - quiet yet close to attractions and beaches. The home was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Beds were super comfy! This stay exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return next year! Highly recommend!

Not recommend for seniors. To many stairs.We are 91 years young but had difficulty with stairs. The master shower needs help. There is rust or mold growing in joint joining pan to sides.Needs a good cleaning and re caulking.

Perfect VRBO

I rate this property a 10! Clean and comfortable. The space was perfect for 2 couples. We walked to the beach, and was a short driving distance to popular areas in San Diego. Grocery store was very close too. Owners were great communicators and we can’t wait to book again for our next visit to California.

Great place!

Our family had a lovely stay in Solana Beach. Arrival and check in were easy. The unit was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. It was nice to be able to utilize the covered hot tub despite the rain. The complex is quiet and private and we appreciated the underground parking spot. The location was also great. Quick walk to the beach as well as coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend!
