Quiet Townhome with Ocean View
Rare find, newly remodeled, ocean view in an established, quiet cliff-top community. A good ocean view from the patio deck, from the Master Bedroom upstairs deck, and sits just a few meters from the community stairs to a mid-bluff level community deck with a spectacular, full ocean view with a private access to a lightly-used stretch of beach. No one above you, or below you; new central air and heat system. This community will steal your heart; a very pleasant step away from the bustle of streets, highways and crowds; we are all about a quiet, pleasant retreat. Open-design lower floor; spiral stairs to two second-floor bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. Complete kitchen, small patio with an electric grill. Wake up to see the ocean and watch the waves from the high beach overlook and community deck.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
