Rare find, newly remodeled, ocean view in an established, quiet cliff-top community. A good ocean view from the patio deck, from the Master Bedroom upstairs deck, and sits just a few meters from the community stairs to a mid-bluff level community deck with a spectacular, full ocean view with a private access to a lightly-used stretch of beach. No one above you, or below you; new central air and heat system. This community will steal your heart; a very pleasant step away from the bustle of streets, highways and crowds; we are all about a quiet, pleasant retreat. Open-design lower floor; spiral stairs to two second-floor bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. Complete kitchen, small patio with an electric grill. Wake up to see the ocean and watch the waves from the high beach overlook and community deck.
