The bathroom door did not shut, or open properly. The refrigerator refused to turn off even though we turned it down to two. Otherwise, the room was fine. Also the Caulking around the tub was not in good shape. In fact, there was none closest to the faucet that I could see.

A perfectly fine hotel in which to spend two nights while attending a conference. The breakfast is good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. The room decor was a little odd; my larger room (which had a couch on one side of the bed and a table and side chair on the other) had a large empty corner that could easily have held a small table and two chairs. But I appreciate that they have Keurig coffee machines in the room. Coffee in the lobby is made to order in a fancy machine, but was still too weak for my taste.

I checked in and they double charged me … once when I fully paid with Expedia and a second time directly. They reversed the charge when I complained about it, but if you don’t watch your credit card you’ll likely be double billed. I left my stuff in my room and went to NM Tech then came back after dark to change for dinner. The electronic shades in my room would not close making it so the motel across the parking lot had full visibility into my room and I couldn’t change without fully exposing myself. I called the front desk and the guy who checked me in came up with charging cords … he seemed confused that they still wouldn’t move when plugged in but assured me they would work when I got back from dinner. When I got back at 10:30, the shakes still wouldn’t roll down so I went down to the front desk. Someone else was working and he seemed completely flustered that there weren’t notes in the book. He said he would come up to see if he could get them to work I have been road tripping for two weeks and have

Customer Service unsatisfactory stay was good. I was charged incidentals with no explanation. Front desk lady Sofia was rude and co descending on more than one interaction to include poor check in placed me in different rooms after requesting combined room in advance. Manager fixed that problem and was very kind, however Sofia needs additional training on soft skills, people interaction and just being kind.
