I discovered my toilet completely backed up at 6am. The room phone was not working so I trekked down to the front desk, where I was given a plunger to try and fix it myself. No luck. Since the phone did not work, walked back to the desk and insisted on a key for the room next door so as to use the bathroom, after the desk person wanted to have me use the toilet in the lobby. Alas, the key to the room next door also did not work, so back to the lobby a third time, after which the desk person came back to get the next door room open with the master key. I don't think I will be staying at this place again any time in the near future.

Clean, courteous staff, willing to accommodate our need to be away from rooms containing barking dogs, a newer feature of many hotels.

very good as always! room very clean and comfortable!

Very odd light switching set-up. Could not shut off room entry light by itself unless you shut off all room lighting. New Mexico is nuts overboard on COVID restrictions.

It was clean with friendly n professional Staff. Excellent location.

Large rooms with easy access to dining.

it is alright

The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly.

Roomy and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and 24 hr coffee.

This is a good place to stay when traveling through.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly. Our room is clean and comfortable; the area is also quiet and walking distance to local restaurants and fast food joints. Definitely, good value for the price.

Michael the desk dude actually provides customer service (like back in the day when customer service was......aaaahhh.....like normal)

We really needed a handicapped accessable room, but our room was on the upper floor, with none other available, I was told. So my poor 88 year old mother had to trudge up the steps with her cane. They really need a way to request special accommodations on the app, when we make our reservations.

I don't have any specific complaints about the hotel, but it didn't feel "nice" even when compared to hotels in a similar price range.
