Guest Access:

This 3 acre property is yours to enjoy, We have a 2 story treehouse that is at the north west of the property and a Millhouse the south west of the property that are also used as vacation rentals. We ask all parties be respectful of each others privacy and that all keep outdoor noise to a minimum. When renting the private room, the full kitchen is not for guest use. We have a microwave and mini fridge in each room and a coffee bar downstairs. To protect the serenity of Deer Ridge, we have quiet hours between 8pm and 8am.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the country to give you an escape from the city. We are about 30 minutes to downtown Everett and about an hour to Seattle. Downtown Snohomish is an easy drive and features many antique shops and restaurants. We are not far from the Boeing Main plant and Paine Field Airport.
