The positives definitely outweigh the negatives. The house is beautiful, as is the view of the lake and its location. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is amazing. Amenities of kitchen are great. There were two negatives. First, it's a pet friendly home, which would be okay if there wasn't an odor and stains on the carpeting. Second, the TV in the living room is dated. It requires you bring your own streaming device. This is fine, but we didn't receive this information until we got the check-in instructions after we had started traveling. Therefore, too late. Communication with owner is great.
