The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother

You must realize, Bianca House is NOT a hotel in the traditional sense. It is someone’s house. Once you get past this fact, it is a lovely place to stay! Taz (the owner) is an absolute gentleman who bends over backward to serve his guests. Highly recommended.

Misleading and intimidating. Not a hotel.

This is NOT a Tudor house it’s a house on a very run down and messy estate. You have to share a bathroom and at no point does this listing state its such accommodation. Misleading and intimidating scam. Not suitable for solo female Travelers. I ended up spending 30 mins on the phone to hotels.com as I was not comfortable staying here in which time they contacted the “hotel” for a refund which he refused and luckily for me hotels.com refunded. However consumer rights were on my side as this was not as advertised. I also implored hotels.com to insist the property updates its listing. I have attached photos of the estate for reference.

Scam. This place is a fraud. This is not a "boutique hotel". This are a couple of rooms in an old dirty fill or webs house on an awful, dirty and unsafe location. Has to park on the street. Few hours before arrival, owner claimed my card did not got through, adding he was "overbooked": If I wanted to keep booking "I needed to pay extra". He wanted more money, taking advantage of travelers. He took my other card info over e-mail.

A wee bit tricky to find but once you do prepare to be met with warm hospitality. From brilliant coffee & snack, cosy room as described. Clean nice respite for travelers. Excellent curry take away, pubs & shops nearby and walkable. Friendly attentive host is always available to assist. Can recommend.

This place is no more than a room in a shared house NOT A HOTEL. . Firstly I got an email stating no shuttle . It stated the bus stop was 70 meters away . It was 0.4 miles away . I was left in the dark wandering around a housing estate . I was then stopped by a man telling me he was taking me to the hotel . He took me through some darl alley ways and stopped outside a residential terraced house . There was no signs it certainly did not look like a hotel and nothing like the pictures on its site . He expected me to go into a strange property with him . As a lone woman I was not prepared to do this . I was left petrified and had to find my way back to the main road to the Holuday Innn . It was a house with no swimming pool, no bar, no restaurant , no concierge services , nothing like description . No way is a single woman going into a strange house with no indication it’s a hotel . Expedia have been disgraceful over this . It is totally mud representing its self and ours vulnerable women in a dreadful Position . This should not even be allowed to be listed in this way in Expedia . Who do you think you are treating people and putting women in this frightening vulnerable state . Who is going to go into a private house with a complete stranger . DISGRACEFUL .

I just assumed by the name it was a hotel.. not a bedroom upstairs and shared tv room and shared bathroom. If was fine the guy/staff/owner/renter not sure who he was super friendly and helpful… just not what I expected.

I cancelled this reservation upon sight of it, This was very falsely represented on Expedia. It was simply an unmarked house in a crappy neighborhood allotment. It was very difficult to find, and there was no sign to identify it. I never stepped foot inside- This was not what I expected and not for me! I now understand why it is non- refundable booking. I’m sure I am not the first person to turn away.
