Location being over a mile away from Heathrow Termial 5 without proper transportation is misleading calling Hilton Heathrow Terminal 5. We thought it was a walk from the terminal simliar to the Sofitel hotel. Also the showers are lousy and leak all over the bathroom with malfunctioning rubber water repellent between the shower doors. The hotel is barely a 3 star if not lower. Dinner was one of the worst on timing and food quality

Very slow check in which when late at night is frustrating. When we got to the room it was a very stale smell as if room hasn’t been used or aired recently. The hairdryer only had a cold setting which was not acceptable. But with having to make flight had to give up. It would appear that because people use this hotel as they need to be close to the airport, repeat business and good impressions are not considered important. Disappointing.

My stay was very nice, and check in was smooth. The large bed was comfortable and I enjoyed having a quiet space to relax in between flights. The only draw back from this stay were a few amenities malfunctioning in my room. The tv, which should display dinning options and help me order room service wasn’t working. My bathtubs’ drain would lift up again after being let down to draw a bath resulting in the bath water not draining. Other than these random problems, the stay was very enjoyable.

A good quality hotel but did not meet expectations for a prestige venue. The bath plug did not work so shower was the only option. Dinner menue did not meet expecrations. The hotel itself was very good.

Heathrow Hilton Honest Review

I selected this hotel for an overnight stay prior to an international flight. My experience was consistent with the standard I have come to expect from the Hilton brand. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the reception team and offered the opportunity for a room upgrade, which, regrettably, I was unable to accept on this occasion. The room itself was well-appointed, clean, and exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful environment ahead of my journey. I was also able to enjoy a few snacks on site which was convenient but quite expensive to be honest. Of particular note was the ease of transport to and from the airport, with the Heathrow Hoppa service proving a reliable and efficient option, operating as advised and contributing to a smooth overall experience. In summary, this was a positive and comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to return when next travelling from Heathrow Terminal 5. I might be my own snacks but that’s it.

We were told on arrival that we did not have a reservation because Expedia had cancelled our booking. I made the reservation through Hotels.com for 3 double rooms with 6 adults in January and had confirmation of the booking so I am not impressed by either Hilton or Hotels.com. If the reservation had been cancelled why was I not notified by either company? Why was I embarrassed for my guests by having to find alternative accommodation for 2 nights during Ascot week? We ourselves were there to attend Ascot. Hotels.com tried to find alternative accommodation for me but because your office is outside the UK you could not process the payment. Your customer care needs work. When on the telephone to your office I got cut off several times and could not get back directly to the operator dealing with me nor could they call me back because of policy. Very dissatisfied.

We ONLY booked this place for the spa. It is the main thing they advertise, with plenty of pictures of the pool. We planned our travel to have the whole afternoon there so we could relax between flights, but once we arrived we learned that the spa was closed. The pool was closed. It was all closed. They didn’t give a reason. They didn’t say when it would be open again. They made no suggestions for compensation. They didn’t pre-warn us so that we could have booked somewhere else. Having looked online it seems it has been closed for months, yet they are still advertising it as an available amenity. False advertising.
