Easily located. Rooms spacious and housekeeping exceptional standards. Food delicious. Enjoyed a fabulous relax package in the spa - thanks to Caitlin for the wonderful treatments. All of the staff in the hotel were friendly and very efficient. Thanks everyone for the great relaxing break we enjoyed.
I had to stay here unexpectedly for work this week. Beautiful hotel and so reasonably priced. Great service, lovely peaceful lounge area to relax, have a drink, read a book or do whatever you want to do and a lovely room, you couldn’t ask for better...
Stayed here in August for my boyfriends friends wedding and we had such an amazing day and stay here. The hotel is located on a hill overlooking some beautiful scenery. The wedding function room was beautiful catering for a large wedding and the food was absolutely delicious and the staff were so friendly. On arriving at the hotel there is a beautiful reception area and the bar is huge with loads of seating and outside there is a beautiful decking area which was perfect for the pre dinner drinks as the weather was beautiful. The bedroom was fabulous if a little on the small size but it had a king size very comfortable bed, lots of storage space if needed and a beautiful bathroom with a powerful shower and bath. We would definitely stay here again, the location is beautiful, the hotel is fabulous, a great venue for a wedding or a break away.
We've stayed here umpteen times and I've written many TripAdvisor reviews, so all I can say is this hotel continues to provide an excellent quality surrounding and ambience, with really engaging staff who are so polite and helpful. So a big thank you to all the staff from top to bottom who provide a really fab stay.
Stayed in business room, it is a suite. Loads of space, superb quality fixtures and all round as good as you will find, particularly at at very reasonable price point. Top marks to staff, very mannerly and helpful on check in and out.
This hotel is about 4km outside Sligo town but a wonderful setting with great views. The rooms are attractively laid out and the breakfast is great. There is also a decent gym. I'd certainly recommend it for a stay.
We had a nice experience, particularly the dinner at the hotel's restaurant was really nice. It also well situated to go to Voya seaweed baths (25 euros taxi or a bus in the door). Definitely a nice place to go for the weekend
Stayed here for one night. Would certainly return for a longer stay. Good menu choice for breakfast and lunch and in a nice modern restaurant. Staff very approachable and welcoming. Hotel ideally located for access to coast. Make sure to ask for a room with a sea view.
We arrived shortly after lunch on a wet day. The check in was good and we received an upgrade to a nice junior suite, a good start. We had booked dinner, so when we came back from a short visit to Rosses point we were hungry, we went to the restaurant a little early and had a very pleasant dinner, in fact as we were staying for two nights we booked a table almost after completing our first dinner. The breakfast buffet was very good, but its best to get there early to avoid the rush.
It’s been about 8yrs since I stayed in this hotel (long before I was writing reviews) and this hotel most certainly deserves a review. I arrived late but the check-in was quick and easy by a very helpful staff member. My room was lovely, clean, bright and spacious. I can’t tell if I had a view as it was dark when I arrived and still dark when I was leaving. The bar is nice, lacks a bit of atmosphere but still fine and the bar staff are all very nice, pleasant but not intruding. Comfortable bed but could do with bigger pillows but slept very well. Breakfast was buffet and all the food was very good, nice and fresh (possibly helped by the fact I was up very early). Quick and efficient check out. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I’m in the area overnight. Very pleased
