My room at this hotel was a really good size. It was very comfortable and provided really nice toiletries. The breakfast was included in my booking and there was a good selection of food which was tasty.

I stayed at the Sligo Radisson Blu for three nights in early September and had a fantastic time. I was part of a large group of strollers from Clontarf and Howth in Dublin and Hamilton in Scotland. We booked on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Breakfast was excellent and included a large selection of hot and cold dishes from the buffet, fresh fruits, yoghurt, bacon and eggs. Tea, coffee and porridge, when ordered, were served at the table. Dinners in the Classibawn Restaurant and the Benbulben Ballroom were delicious, and served by friendly and efficient staff. My room on the third floor was modern, spacious and quiet, with lovely views, fresh white bed linen and a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and modern, with good lighting and mirrors, and an easy to use shower over the bath, ample toiletries and fresh white towels. The hotel is well situated between Sligo (3 kms) and Rosses Point (4 kms). There is lots of parking and a regular bus service operates between Sligo and Rosses Point and stops on the road at the front of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Sligo. We had lovely walks in the area, visited wonderful sites, Parkes Castle, Drumcliffe Church (the final resting place of W B Yeats) and Lissadell House. The customer service we received at the Sligo Radisson Blu was second to none, it was a five star stay and I would go back in a heartbeat.

bar food a little bit over priced for what you received would have got better quality in the local chippers the dust and dirt under the bed and pull out bed was disgraceful best part was the spa amazing experience and staff would definitely recommend the spa

Visited this hotel with a tour group while on holiday. My bag was missing for an hour and then when I enquired they had it sitting in another room when we have been staying in a twin room the entire tour trip, this took them phoning me 3 times confirming my name and who I was with for them to realise they booked two rooms instead of 1 for us. After this debacle I felt like a walk and asked the lady on reception how far the beach was, she was extremely rude and short in her tone. The breakfast was rather poor for a Radisson Blu. Our shower/bath tub water would not go down the drain. We were given two toilet rolls with less than 1/4 to use on both, that equates to half a roll for two people for two days. I have a complaint about a particular waiter - Arif I was fifth to order my drink of our tour group (40 ppl), when drinks came back for my table mine was not there, I asked if it was coming he said 2 mins. I had finished my entrée and half way through my main when I noticed the rest of the group had all received their drinks, I asked another lady where my drink was and why it had taken so long, she said she'd look into it. I waited and went to start my dessert when my drink arrived, I asked Arif what took so long, he said another group showed up at the bar, I said how was my drink pushed back when I ordered fifth from my group who were seated and the other group were just mingling, he said it takes time to make, I said surely you don't want me to pay full price for this after I've finished my dinner and waited 30 mins, Arif had excuse after excuse, the correct way to handle a delayed drink would have been sorry for the delay and chased it up when I first enquired, he kept answering me back and was beyond rude, the table witnessed his rude candor, honestly he's in the wrong job.

Being located between the town of Sligo and Rosses Point the hotel is a convenient stop over on your way north on the Atlantic Way. This is a covention/Wedding hotel. If you favour boutique hotels - drive on. The rooms are moderate in size. Excelent bed and satisfactory TV. Bathroom with tub/shower. Do not expect to draw a hot bath - the water temperature is centrally controlled to an environment friendly tepid level. The restaurant exceeds what you would expect from a large hotel chain. In the spacious bar order your drinks straight from the barman. That will save you considerable time.

1 Night stay for a friends wedding - didnt wow but couldn't fault it otherwise - staff very nice & friendly - rooms comfortable - recommended but it is a bit outside the town but short drive to Rosses Point

I was meeting a friend from Usa who was part of a Tour Group. Adam found us a quiet corner to dine -catch up / chat. He has a very discerning way and energy A pro. Enjoyed fine dining. Breakfast are excellent too

Stayed here for four days in September with a party of 58 walkers from Dublin and Hamilton in Scotland. The views over the bay are beautiful and there is a bus stop at the bottom of the drive with buses to Sligo town every 20 minutes. Reception Staff are polite, professional and were always helpful. The rooms are bright, spacious with good standards of cleanliness throughout and the beds are super comfy with lovely white fresh bedding. The rooms include iron and ironing board, trouser press, safe( no charge) fridge, hairdryer and all the usual amenities. The rooms are well insulated with no noise from adjoining rooms. The toiletries are good and plentiful and the bathrooms come with baths and shower over the bath. Plenty of good quality white towels in bathrooms also. We were Dinner/ B and Breakfast and the food was well presented and plentiful. Breakfast was very good with eggs cooked to order when required. Lots of hot dishes, cereals and fruit on offer daily. Pots of tea/ coffee served fresh to tables on request. Service always good and efficient. The Bar Staff were delightful, cheery and professional. Only negative was the price of drinks which were a bit expensive. The Hotel allocated rooms for our party for sessions in Drawing, Line Dancing and treated us to a cookery demo and wine tasting session with Champagne and lovely wines to sample. I have stayed in many Radisson Blu's throughout the world and have never been disappointed with any one hotel. I had a great stay here and would definately return. The Radisson Blu Sligo is well managed and customer care a top priority. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Stayed here with a large group as part of a wedding party last month. The wedding was absolutely stunning and we were so impressed with the staff. They could not do enough for everyone and were so polite and helpful. Our rooms were beautiful as well with gorgeous views. Breakfast the next morning was also fantastic. We asked at the front desk for some extra toiletries and the receptionist Jessica was lovely and so helpful. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

I visited the Radisson Hotel Sligo for a three night stay from 4th to 6th September with a walking group of 58 people belonging to three walking groups - 2 from Dublin and 1 from Glasgow. We had an activity packed three days with walks, line dancing, ceili dancing, drawing classes, yoga and a cookery demonstration and wine tasting. The hotel staff looked after us superbly. They provided rooms for the activities, helped to research the walks and served us delicious food. We could not have been looked after any better. The staff were helpful and friendly and I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. A five star experience for sure
