The drive to the airport was very nice. Margarita was very sweet even though we couldn't understand due to the language barrier, it was very nice meeting her. The pension was clean. It was in a convenient location to town, airport, and boat port.

This is a lovely reasonably priced Pension. The people are so nice. They do pick up from the airport which is great. It is walkable to and from the port and the shops, but beware, it is uphill and has steep steps, as is expected in Skiathos as it's on a hill. Fine if you don't have a suitcase but difficult if you do. The terrace on top of the Pension is stunning as you get a view over the roofs of the town. Have google translate ready when you check in as this was very helpful communicating with the owner's daughter to check us in. Ask for a ground floor room when you book. The stairs to the first floor are steep and narrow and i would not have been able to heave a suitcase up there. The room was simple but squeaky clean. So were the towels and the bedding. There is a tiny bathroom with a shower. Water was hot in the evening and warm enough in the early morning. The aircon worked. You need to bring water as the tap water in Greece can be iffy. We stayed for one night and it was ideal.

We stayed for one night prior to travelling over to another Island.We were met at the airport upon arrival and transported to the accommodation which was such a welcome bonus.On arrival the owners very kindly upgraded us to a better room with a lovely little balcony with a side sea view at no extra cost .Our room also had a small fridge.The Pension has a beautiful rooftop terrace were you can enjoy breakfast with fabulous views of the sea and Skiathos !!!! The pension is close to the main street,bars and restaurants of Skiathos. On the day of our departure we were again kindly driven to the Port for our Ferry crossing .For our short stay it was perfect and we would definitely stay again if travelling through Skiathos.Very welcoming hosts.

The pick up from the airport and drop off to the ferry was offered without hesitation and hugely appreciated. Perfect stop over before the ferry to Skopelos. The view from the rooftop and coffee in the morning was perfect. Air con in the bedrooms and fridge was great for the kids. Very close to everything you need. I would recommend holding off car hire as the roads are very narrow. You'll spend less taking taxis when you need them.

A mio parere, la pension margarita é prenotabile solo se si ha necessità di passare una notte a skiathos per poi dover prendere nave/aereo. Noi abbiamo fatto così e tutto sommato c'é di peggio. La famiglia che la gestisce é gentile, e poi offrono un transfer super utile. Il centro e il porto sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi tramite una stradina in salita. Ha una bella terrazza dove si fa colazione. Per il resto, non si salva nulla : camera, letto, bagno, pulizia, struttura, colazione.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. They were there to meet us off boat and took us to airport. Breakfast on roof was lovely and amazing views. Beds comfortable. Great value for Money. Perfect location for windmill restaurant.

The real plus of this property is the customer service. They picked us up from the ferry port and the next day, transported us to the airport - all was complimentary. This is a basic budget hotel with accommodations that get the job done. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The AC cooled the place off decently well. The beds were a bit hard for our taste and they provided just one pillow. But we were only staying for the night to fly out the next day, so it was adequate to meet our needs.

Pension Margarita has amazing quality for the price. The place is incredibly clean, the A/C works well, and the shower was as hot as you’d want it. The owners very kindly picked us up from the airport and booked our day cruise (which gave us a discount). The location isn’t far off the water, and the roof terrace offers lovely views. The balcony is also nice. There’s a small refrigerator and they offer coffee in the morning. Very pleasant stay!

We asked for a pickup at 8:00 in the morning to the airport. We thought we had all that arranged. We stood outside and waited until 8:20, but no pickup. We had to call again. We were late to check in at airport and lost our seat assignments.

This property was an extremely affordable option. The staff was extremely accommodating and kept the place very clean. Air conditioning worked well. We did not choose the continental breakfast option, so we cannot comment there. If you are on a tight budget, this is a great choice!
