In the area of Vigles this wonderful newly built luxurious villa with 3 bedrooms is located on a hill side overlooking Skiathos Town, in a group of 2 similar villas. It was recently finished to a very high standard, and was created to offer you the most comfortable holiday possible. On entrance level there are 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own balcony. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Up the stairs are the lounge with fire place, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Big glass doors open to the spacious balcony, that is stylishly furnished to eat out on the balcony, while enjoying the lovely views. The villa has a swimming pool with sunbeds and a barbecue area. The garden is beautifully done with colourful flowers and nice landscaping.
Distance to town is just 5 minutes by car. To access the nearest beach you need only 3 minutes by car.
