Villa offers two separate bedrooms on the first floor with double queen's bed each,with a fully equipped bathroom plus a lovely sea facing balcony.Down stairs on the ground floor you find a modern fully equipped kitchen dining area lounge area with comfortable sofas and a cozy fireplace.Sofas at night may become one double and one single sofa bed,so up to seven persons can sleep.There is also a beautiful relaxing luxurious bathroom with tub.Ground floor leads to a spacious veranda with exceptional sea view.Outdoor dining furniture with a big umbrella is provided.Occupants of Io,enjoy the exclusive use of a private swimming pool (dimensions 5x7x1,5 meters) nested on a 100 sqm private area which offers also stunning sea views.A built in bbq is also at your disposal. Kiosk sun beds and umbrellas contribute to your absolute relaxation.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player.
