Ocean View Duplex Apartment Furnished

2-level Duplex with nice ocean view on elevated outlook from the upper balcony; lower balcony has tree view only. It’s a quiet neighborhood, parking under overhang for 1 car, wood burning stove in living room, radiant heaters in all areas/rooms. It is a quiet and peaceful place. We have six stairs leading up to the main entrance door, inside we have 14 steps down to the lower level to the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Beatiful Stay in Sitka
Great location, especially if you want to relax and not be in the middle of Sitka and all the curise ship tourists, but short trip to town and trails. Nice view from balcony, very comfortable, short walk to SeaMart, food and drink, along the water side. Would definitely stay again.
