Property is gorgeous. We had large family room with huge balcony. Very clean. The view of ocean in perfect. Train/tram right outside can take you down cute beachside street, filled with lots of cafes. Town is adorable and people are super nice and accommodating. I would stay here again for sure!
It was a nice property that was great for the family. It was nice having a washing machine in the apartment. The free bicycles really helped to get downtown since we were 1.6 miles away. We really wished they offered beach towels since they are right by the beach. The pool towels had to be returned by 7:00 pm everyday which usually work with our schedule.

Large rooms and bathroom a plus. Week air conditioning, had to sleep sweating. Skip the free drinks as they are cheap champagne, and the staff serving it will announce to the world that they are free in a restaurant full of people, anything else you want you have to pay for. Then he asked my family to move to a different table if we are not buying anything else. Again making us the center of attention in the restaurant. Certainly did note felt like welcome drinks to me.

The hotel was comfortable, with many fine amenities, and a good quiet location away from center of town. Family friendly. The pool towel policy can be improved,and the pools themselves seemed a bit small considering the number of rooms. I would stay here again,no problem...
Very Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful fully furnished rooms with washing machines. Convenience store is located in the hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet. At the end of the boardwalk about 2 miles from the heart of downtown siteges so it is a bit of a walk into town - but a really beautiful one. There is no shuttle from Airport to the Hotel but using public transit and a taxi from there to the hotel wasn't difficult. Should have stayed longer.
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. In general, our experience was positive but there were a few issues that were surprising. 1. Wi-Fi was unavailable for the first three days. Upon calling staff to request a resolution of this issue, we were pretty much told to deal with it and that they couldn't fix the issue. A few days later, a technician came and fixed the problem. It is disappointing because one of the reasons we booked this hotel is because of the free Wi-Fi, so they did not live up to expectations. 2. There was construction going on in some of the rooms, which began early in the morning. Thus, we woke up to sawing and hammering noises which I think is unacceptable. 3. The hotel did not have beach towels or pool towels for customers' use. 4. Staff did not know pricing rates on phone calls made with the hotel phones. It was odd and very atypical. Overall, Sitges is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our experience there. The hotel was average as far as services are concerned, but it was clean. I would recommend that others get a room with a kitchen. We used the kitchen everyday. One last comment: our bed was rock hard and very old
