Inside, the air-conditioned apartment enjoys a bright and spacious living room, with accompanying kitchenette and dining area. A flat screen Smart TV offers added amusement for those relaxed evenings in.

Ich habe positive aber auch negative Eindrücke.
Positiv:
Tolle Lage, ruhig und nahe am See. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing.
Super gepflegter Pool.
Zwei gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen.
Freundliche und hilfsbereite Nachbarn, die wohl dauerhaft in dem Haus leben.
Service der Agentur sehr gut, Manuela, die für uns zuständig war, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
Negativ:
Die im Prospekt beschriebene Garage war für ein normales Auto viel zu klein.
Das WLAN war derart schwach, dass man es als nicht vorhanden bezeichnen muss.
In dem im Prospekt beschriebener TV hatte
keine deutschen oder englischen Programme.
Der kleine Garten vor und hinter dem Haus war nicht gepflegt.
Es fehlten Sonnenschirme und die Gartenmöbel waren teilweise defekt. Die Liegenauflagen waren dringend erneuerungsbedürftig.
Wünschenswert für deutsche Gäste wäre eine Kaffeemaschine zur Zubereitung von Filterkaffee, was wir Deutschen bevorzugen.
Unterm Strich war unser Aufenthalt schön. Wir würden allerdings diese Ferienwohnung erst wieder buchen, wenn die negativen Punkte beseitigt wären. Wären auch bereit, dafür einen höheren Preis zu zahlen.

Kurzurlaub
Picobello sauberes im Retrostil eingerichtetes Apartment mit neuer Küchenzeile und neuem Bad.DerWC Sitz sollte allerdings mal getauscht werden.Die Küche ist mit Gläsern,Geschirr und Kochgeschirr sowie Spülmaschine perfekt ausgestattet.Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fussläufig in zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten zu erreichen.
