The type of room I reserved was not available when I arrived. We had 6 people with us so we needed the bigger room I had reserved. The clerk at the front desk made it right by giving us two adjoining rooms for the price I was originally charged for. That was the right thing to do but disappointed my reservation wasn’t reserved the way I expected.

The guy at the desk informed me that we could contact Orbitz because they made a mistake and that my confirmation numbers for 2 of 3 rooms was invalid. Very very disappointed as a Gold status to have such problems.
We booked this hotel 3 months prior to our expected stay. We arrived at check in and they over booked the hotel! With no explanation, they just gave us the address to a dive hotel and a coupon for a free night at their hotel for a later date, that we will never use because we won't be back!

The room was clean and the bed was soft. Which I like.also they have a pool that the kids seemed ti enjoy. That was both inside and outside the buildings.. I would recommend this hotel.
