The staff is wonderful and responds quickly to requests, the room was clean, the pool is great. One huge challenge was that the elevator was not working, which presents challenges for those with mobility issues.

Someone from the staff kept calling my phone offering to book packages. I couldn’t even enjoy my time without being asked about booking things. Breakfast buffet was 2/10. Never could get a beach chair because everyone woke up early and claimed chairs.

My first room smelled bad and the staff agreed and they were able to get me a new room that was much better. The gym is very small and the restaurant is sub par but service was good and other amenities were nice

The room was SO CLEAN!! I have OCD and I Lysol wiped all the shelves before putting any of my things down and not a speck of dirt was seen on the bright white wipe. 90% of the staff were so pleasant, only a few older men were grumpy and obviously not happy. Other than that, we were treated wonderfully. The neighboring resort we spent a lot of time at as well and they were fabulous. Only slight concern is my husband’s sweater went mysteriously missing from our room. We never had anything laundered and he never wore it (it’s a sweater) because of how warm it was daily. I would 100000% stay at this resort again though. It was a great overall experience.

We had some delays during check in but the ocean facing king suite was great. Clean, lots of space, close to several dining options and a marina with some day trips for snorkeling or sailing.

Downside:The smoke detectors have a blinding blinking night all night long, (asked about it at front desk-never heard back) the rooms smell, the bed is uncomfortable, the building is a looong way from the pool (assigned a room in a bldg up the road from pool & main bldgs). Upside: Room was clean, had everything we needed, had a large balcony to sit on (smidge of a view).
