Son Rossinyol by Rentallorca

The rural villa ‘Son Rossinyol’ is an oasis of tranquillity and the perfect holiday home for a couple in love or a small family.



Outside, the lovingly designed garden, which shows a great sense of detail, awaits you in the house. A covered terrace next to the house houses a pleasant sitting area with a table and comfortable garden chairs and a dining area, for pleasant outdoor barbecues.



The large terrace invites you to sunbathe on the pleasant sun loungers and then cool off in the 7m x 3m private pool.



The covered terrace leads into the cosy, rustic and tastefully decorated interior of the villa. The living and dining room is open plan and has a dining table with enough space for all visitors, two nice sofas, a TV corner, and a fireplace to warm up on cold winter days.



The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the space. The walls and tiles match the warm colours of the wooden furniture and the ceiling beams, giving the whole room a cosy atmosphere.



A small corridor leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. In the first bedroom there is a large double bed for a restful night's sleep, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed for three people, a double bed in the lower part and a single bed in the upper part.



The bedrooms are decorated with charming details and have a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers with plenty of space. The bright bathroom with its walk-in shower is modern and functional.



The finca is situated between Llubí and Sineu. Llubí is a small, quiet village, known for its tasty capers, grown in the surrounding fields, with small supermarkets, restaurants and bars.



Sineu is a charming and authentic Mallorcan village, with small supermarkets, restaurants and bars and known for its famous agricultural market, which takes place every Wednesday and where you can buy fresh produce and taste the tasty Mallorcan cuisine.



Inca is a 15 minute drive away, known as the city of shoes and leather. The famous beaches of Playas de Muro and Can Picafort are only 20 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy the pleasure of bathing in the Mediterranean Sea on the miles of sandy beaches.



The villa ‘Son Rossinyol’ is both an oasis of tranquillity and a perfect retreat as well as a good starting point for island explorations.

Virkelig hyggelig finca

Man skal ikke vælge denne finca for at få fred og ro. Æslet på den anden side af stenmuren skryder i tide og utide. 100 får med klokker om halsen kan høres det meste af døgnet. Toget mellem Manacor og Palma kører forbi hver halve time fra kl 06-22 og huset ligger lige i ind- og udflyvningslinjen fra PMI, så der er masser af flytrafik i lav højde. Men det er også perioder med landlig ro. Selve huset er hyggeligt, velindrettet, rent pg pænt, tilbyder masser af muligheder for både sol, skygge og afslapning, og pool'en ren og velholdt og belyst fra ca. 21:30 til midnat. Udlejer er flink og behagelig og sætter en ære i, at gæsterne skal have det godt (han kommer forbi 2 gange om ugen og ordner pool og have - det fremgår bare ikke hvornår). Vi anbefaler tilkørsel fra syd (Google Maps anbefaler fra nord men den vej kræver næsten en 4x4.)

Während der Hauptreisezeit ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung auf Mallorca! Zweckmässig eingerichtete Unterkunft und für unsere Familie (mit zwei Teenagern) perfekt! Zentral gelegen konnten wir Ausflüge in jede Richtung der Insel unternehmen, haben aber auch immer wieder die Unterkunft genossen. Die Übernahme und Übergabe waren unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit der Vermietagentur einfach und rasch. Ein Beispiel: beim spielen im Pool ging ein Filtersieb kaputt, welches, mit einfacher Kommunikation, am nächsten Tag bereits wieder ersetzt war. Rundherum ein schöner Urlaub.

Very nice place

Diese Finca ist perfekt, um verschiedene Orte auf Mallorca zu besuchen. Sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit eigenem Pool. Das Einzige, was zu verbessern ist, ist die Müllentsorgung. Es gibt keine Mülltonnen am Haus. Besonderes Lob an den Vermieter rentallorca für die sehr gute Kommunikation vor Ort.
