The Finca Can Tiro is located approx. 1 km outside Costitx on a well-kept garden plot. A lovingly restored house awaits you with a living space of around 90 m2 with a typical natural stone facade. With its modern comforts such as German satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet access, flat screen and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, the house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The accommodation
In the rear area are the double bedroom and the children's room with two single beds, in between there is the bathroom with a walk-in shower. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathroom and also for the pool/beach.A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
A few steps outside the house lead to the raised sun terrace with loungers and a shaded area with a dining area. A brick barbecue house is available for barbecue evenings. The private pool (7x4m) and the wonderful view of the Tramuntana mountains are further highlights of this well-kept finca.

Beautiful villa in a rural location

This is a great place to stay if you want your base to be away from the crowds. The villa is a reasonable size for a family with a fantastic pool and outside space. The views of the mountains add to the feeling of tranquility. A car is essential as it’s location is isolated, the nearest beaches are more than 30 minutes drive. It is fully gated and enclosed which means younger children are able to safely roam. Thomas is also a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay.

Wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gewohnt. Der Gastgeber Tomás ist ein sehr warmherziger und lieber Mensch. Er hat uns mit genügend Organen versorgt aus seinem eigenen Garten. Er kam während unseres Aufenthalts ca. alle 2 Tage vorbei. Hier brachte er uns frisches Gebäck mit, welches wir so noch nie gegessen hatten. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ca. 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir buchen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

Prachtig huis en TOP huismeester!

Prachtige finca, zwembad is top. Huismeester Tomas doet alles voor zijn gasten. Aan de eigenaren: wat meer basisspullen in de keuken is wenselijk. Peper, olie etc. En bij aankomst nog weer bijbetalen voor elektra. Beetje jammer, aangezien we toch al een smak geld betalen. Zou dit vanaf meerdere personen rekenen.. Wij waren maar met z’n 2tjes….

Wunderschön!

Es war eine traumhafte Woche, wir haben uns sowas von wohl gefühlt! Die Dachterrasse ist ganz ganz toll, ebenso der Pool. Der Ausblick vom Pool und der Dachterrasse auf die Orangenplantage und die Tramuntana ist einzigartig. Tomas ist ein sehr freundlicher und bemühter Gastgeber, der sich sehr um seine Gäste kümmert. Wir wurden mit süßem Gebäck, Orangen und Zitronen verwöhnt. Diese Unterkunft können wir absolut weiterempfehlen. In 30-40min erreicht man touristische Ziele problemlos.

Wunderschöner Urlaub! Tolle Finca.

Die Finca liegt sehr zentral auf der Insel. In jede Richtung sind es 20-30min zu fahren. Das fanden wir sehr praktisch. Der Garten und auch die Finca selbst sind sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und man hat dort seine absolute Ruhe mit Blick auf das Gebirge. Uns hat das sehr gut gefallen. Der Inhaber Tomas ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Unsere Kinder haben sich immer gefreut als er alle paar Tage mit Kuchen und Brot kam. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 7 bzw. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einen Bäcker gibt es z.B. im 1,5km entfernten Ort.

Schöne Oase mitten auf Mallorca

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche auf der Finca can tiró. Tomas, der Inhaber, ist ein wundervoller Mensch. Er ist sehr gastfreundlich und bringt immer etwas mit, wenn er zum reinigen des Pools und der Anlage (2x in einer Woche) vorbeikommt. Die Finca ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Es fehlt einem an nichts und die Aussicht am Abend ist unschlagbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschöner Ort!

Wir haben diese gepflegte Finca und Tomas Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen. Der uneinsehbare Pool, der grandiose Blick, das schöne Grundstück und die Umgebung von Costitx machen den Urlaub perfekt. Das Fußballfeld, die Obstplantage und der Palmengarten boten unseren Kindern schöne Spielorte. Tomas verwöhnt seine Gäste auf sehr charmante und völlig unauffällige Art. Wir kommen wieder. Danke, Tomas, muchas gracias. Geräusche wie bellende Hunde, krähende Hähne und ab und an ein Flugzeug gehören auf Mallorca überall dazu und haben uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Sehr gemütlich, zentral gelegen um schöne Ausflüge zu machen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter, Tomas, ist sehr bemüht das Haus und die Anlage zu pflegen und die Gäste zu verwöhnen. Unsere Kids (beide 8) hatten viel Spass im Schwimmbad und wir Eltern genossen den Aufenthalt auf der schönen Terasse mit beeindruckender Aussicht auf die Gebirgskette. Wir waren das erste Mal aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal zu Besuch.

Wunderschöne Finca

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und gepflegte Finca. Man spürt hier das "alte" Mallorca. Nachbarn sind sehr selten zu sehen oder zu hören. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage und danken Thomas für seine Herzlichkeit. Die Lage ist perfekt um viele schöne Orte der Insel zu besuchen.

Rundum schöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt auf der Finca Can Tiró sehr genossen und wären gerne noch geblieben. Der Blick von der oberen Terrasse über den Orangengarten auf das Tramuntanagebirge ist traumhaft. Wir haben ihn oft beim Frühstück und abends beim Essen genossen. Im Pool waren wir leider nur zweimal. Dazu war das Wasser Ende April leider noch etwas zu kalt. Dafür hat sich Mats (5) über das Fußballfeld gefreut. Vielen Dank nochmal an unseren netten Vermieter Tomás, der uns so freundlich empfangen und dafür gesorgt hat, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Der Grill wurde von ihm immer wieder anzündbereit bestückt. Das Grundstück und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt. Auch sonst ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar zwei Regenschirme, die wir glücklicherweise nur einmal benutzt haben. Danke auch für die leckeren Orangen, Zitronen und Mispeln. Die Aufzählung könnte noch weitergehen. Wir fühlten uns wie im Paradies. Die Lage der Finca ist ideal, um Mallorca zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Nach Costitx geht man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. In Sineu kann man, außer am Markttag, sehr gut das Auto abstellen und mit der Bahn nach Palma fahren. Die Strände sind mit dem Auto in 30 bis 60 Minuten zu erreichen, da man fast genau in der Mitte der Insel ist. Wir waren nicht das erste und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal auf Mallorca.
