clean room, cleen sheets and accomodating staff, will book my next visit again

This is a property that checks all the boxes. It is steps away from the subway, regular bus stop, and airport bus stop. Plenty of options for currency exchange (in the lobby and along the street nearby). Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The interior is beautiful; the rooms are clean. We were upgraded to a deluxe twin double during our stay and had an amazing view of Namsan Tower outside our window. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Near subway station, but difficult to find since rooms on 15th floor with a small sign! We had to ask 4 people before we found it! Clearer directions would be helpful! Small dreary room, but great area with great Night Market and shopping! Good for one night stay in a fun area!

My room had a pretty good sized balcony which was unexpected!

I would stay here again. Spotless clean , staff are very polite and professional
