Good value for sure. Clean room, beautiful view. Some friendly staff members including room service, security and bell guy. Not good check in experience, inconsistent customer service. Nightly show was amazing. Cool snorkeling and scuba spot.

Club Level was absolutely wonderful. The private beach, separate pool, separate dining for breakfast, and the evening drinks and food. Outstanding. Well worth the small bit extra.
Facility is very large, but the club level gives you a perfect setting and feel.
Food fantastic.
Only minor negative was the pick-up at airport. Driver was great, nice, efficient; but he was not dressed as I antiipated for a 5 star experience. Blue jeans, sub-casual; I worried whether he was legitimate for a while during the drive. But, it was OK; just surprising
