Everything is perfect i don't know why some guests wrote comments about the hotel we had a great experience starting the high level of services check-in 5 minutes smilling warm welcoming special thanks to mr.ashraf and mr.Solomon and mr.Ahmed Hour keeping are doing a great service thanx to mr.walk the executive housekeeper for such a great cleaning The buffet you can find a lot of choices and varieties food taste fantastic The hotel is perfect everything excellent Thank you Stella do mare f9r such a great service Staff are friendly and very polite The hotel is highly recommended and good value for money
Everything is perfect we stayed in rooms 634 and 635 the view was perfect the hotel is very clean and tidy the rooms are well furnished especial thanx to mr.wael exective h.k for such a great service We had a great impression upon arrival warm welcoming smilling and express check in . Especial thanx to mr.ahmed hassan and mr.solomon the houseman cleans the room well and surprise us with nice decoration thank you housekeeping manager for such a great service The food at the main restaurant very tasty and delicious. You can find food variety on the buffet. I don't know why guest complain from the food i was there and everything is perfect food tasty cleaning hotel location staff are very polite and the management available 24 hours they are very helpful This hotel is good value for you money I advise all people to visit this hotel because i had great experience i shared it to all people Thank you very much stella di mare team for making our holiday This hotel perfect
We had a very relaxing holiday here but we stayed in three hotels in all during our stay in Egypt (we also stayed in Cairo and Luxor) and would say generally that the TripAdvisor comments we read in advance turned out to be quite misleading. For us this was a good hotel. It wasn’t exceptional however and didn’t resemble a five star for us. Egypt is understandably desperate for tourists currently and the 5 star TripAdvisor review is constantly asked for whenever you receive a service. As a customer you feel under exceptional pressure to give one. One guide even said to me he would lose his job if he didn’t get one. This devalues however the value of the reviews and therefore the extent to which they can be relied upon. The spa at this hotel was very tired with tiles missing and left over product still on the treatment bed from a previous customer (this was where you place your face head down - I had to ask for something to cover it up as it was a bit off putting to put my face there). There was little ambience in the spa with no music and everything felt rushed. The candle-lit vision of relaxation in the pics just didn’t materialise. Lifejackets at the pontoons were in short supply and mostly in need of significant repair. There was none of the towel art you see in the pics. The shower gel was rarely replaced in our rooms. Dropped food would be left on the floor of the buffet restaurant and not cleaned up. Tables were frequently missing items at breakfast and plates/glasses were cleared away before we had finished. The food was just OK. Food at the a la carte restaurants was better but the toilet at one was covered in flies and there was no hand wash. The hotel-arranged car dropped us first to a shop (the car door was opened by the shopkeeper and we hadn’t asked for this and felt ambushed) when we wanted just to go to Old Sharm and do our own exploring. Reliable WiFi was scarce across the hotel and non-existent in our rooms. The animation team stayed for a very limited time for the billed karaoke, requiring a very quick commitment to sing before they quickly disappeared. There were some lovely members of staff who worked incredibly hard however to make our stay a good one but some of the other service was quite throwaway. If travelling in Egypt I would be wary now of TripAdvisor reviews. Due to the pressure to give 5 stars, those who can’t then maybe deliberate whether to leave one at all. It’s taken me since August to post just this one. It’s not a cheap hotel however and you will be charged western prices as per a 5 star hotel so it’s important that people can leave honest reviews both for fellow travellers and to provide valuable feedback for hotels to act on. A 5 star hotel would expect nothing less from its guests. There was only a handful of non-Egyptian guests when we stayed. Apparently the English are notoriously difficult to please in Egypt but saying that they might still have valuable feedback to help move this hotel from good to exceptional. We stayed in low season. Maybe this accounted for some of what we experienced. When we booked, it was the No. 2 hotel on TripAdvisor in Sharm with countless 5 star reviews at the time, so we expected something similarly exceptional. Whilst we had a good time, it wasn’t quite as good as we had hoped for unfortunately.
We been in many hotels before but Stella is the best reception and concierge are the best specially Mr. Ahmed Hassan the manager he is very kind. Ali Khaled and marcos very good and helpful we had very good impression these people made our holiday than team The hotel is very clean. cleaner Milad is very good and polite he made a nice decoration You can find a lot of choices on the buffet at the main restaurant, the food very tasty The restaurant waiters are very friendly especially Ahmed fouda he is the best The Coral reefs at the beach is very beautiful you can sea beautiful coloured fish Jacuzzi and swimming pool fantastic Sure we will come back to this hotel We will recommend it to everyone 💐💐💐🌷🌷🌷🌷🌹🌹🌹
This hotel is perfect for families. Their service is customized to your personal needs. They offer a wide range of activites for all ages. We did not feel the need to leave the hotel. There was so much to do at the hotel that we had wished we stayed longer. The view from our room was amazing! The room was clean and fresh. The room service was on point. The food was delicious!!! The managing staff were very attentive to all of our needs.
I just come back from this hotel ,it's was very nice vacation and resting, the staff was good and friendly, service is good,food was not too good,the hotel is clean, the salesman for diving, he's was follow us every where to ask us if we want to buy diving or sea trip,we told him we only need relax and rest,nothing else,and he's talking too much, we can't Relax really he's was trouble and,really the's kill our time in the hotel.
Our first time in sharm el sheikh and it was the best in our live this hotel is amazing and cozy everything is perfect staff and hotel facilities fantastic We have got great impression upon arrival reception team is very helpful smiling and fixable all times .special thanks to Mr. Ahmed for the nice room and the good service Food is very tasty and hotel is very clean Recreation and animation team are fantastic the live music at the main lobby is amazing Thank you very much for making our stay fabulous sure we will come back and recommend this hotel to others Thank you again

Everything excellent welcoming at reception rooms we have got a nice room ocean view the food is fantastic delicious and tasty housekeeping cleaning very well we were surprised with nice decoration in the room staff in the restaurant very helpful specially Ramy and mahmoud also the recreation team very helpful specially waleed and hamdy Special thanks to reception and concierge team Mr. Ahmed & Khaled & Mohamed all of them helpful and very polite
I loved the view from the room and from the lobby. I'm definitely staying there next time❤️They offer the best prices and the highest quality . It's quite relaxing and entertaining as well as the entertainment program contains body toning, stretching and dancing . I loved the spa and I like that they hired a fitness instructor at the gym as he helped me a lot and instructed me during my training session.
